Sleeping Next To The Pirate King 18 A Clue

I felt Baron's breath tickle my nose as he leaned in. I quickly put my hand on his mouth.

Wait! Maybe I should talk to him about things that might annoy him. That way I can both ruin the mood as well as get a clue about his origins.

I blushed as I felt his tongue lick my hand. He then pried off my hand from his mouth as he leaned in once more.

G.o.d above!

I'm not that pretty for him to be pouncing on me over and over. Frankly I'm pretty p.i.s.sed off right now. I managed to free my hand. Yes! There was another weapon that I had hidden. I reached into my cleavage and removed a silver pistol.

Yes I've been hiding a pistol in between my b.r.e.a.s.t.s. And yes it has been very uncomfortable. But a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do to survive. I then placed the barrel of the pistol on Baron's forehead. His eyes widened in surprise.

"Back the f.u.c.k off Baron. We are going to have a nice long chat with words not touching."

Baron nodded and backed away as he raised his arms.

"Oh come on wife, you are way too cold towards your husband."

Bang!

Baron froze as a bullet hit the floor next to his foot.

"Call me wife one more time and the bullet will hit your leg not the floor."

Baron closed his mouth. I sighed. In the room there was a rustic table and two chairs. I walked over and sat down on one of the chairs.

"Baron come here and sit in the chair in front of me."

"Mila dear could you stop pointing the gun at me?"

"When you sit down and talk to me like a normal person I will set this gun down."

Baron sighed and sat down. I lowered my pistol and put it on the table by my side.

"Okay Baron I have a couple of questions for you. Before the incident, I have hear that we are close to reaching land. So my first question is are we almost there or did we pa.s.s it?"

Baron's eyes turned cold as he had a disappointed look on his face.

"Why are you asking this Mila? Are you that excited to leave me?"

"Yes I am. I'm not going to lie to you so I suggest you do the same. Even if I can't reciprocate your feelings I can still give you my trust."

Baron looked at me coldly. This was the first time that he had looked at me like I was any other person. For some reason my heart cried out in pain. It's better this way for the both of us anyways. I'm planning on going back and if I can't the least I can do is live comfortably with the money I earn for turning him in. But why is it that recently the idea of turning him bothers me?

"Who the f.u.c.k needs your trust? What is it about me that you don't like? Please tell me Mila! I'm willing to change just so that you could answer me feelings favorably."

Ugh! He's straying away from the topic!

"You're a pervert, a.s.shole, and inconsiderate Pirate. That alone is a reason why. Answer my question. Are we close to land?"

Baron pouted and mumbled.

"We are a day away."

I smiled. This whole s.h.i.+t situation was going to end soon!

"Second question, are you as the rumors say a n.o.ble?"

Suddenly I felt his hand on my throat. I struggled to breathe as he closed my airway. s.h.i.+t! I can't breathe! Baron's eyes flashed with anger as he oozed bloodl.u.s.t. This was the real Pirate King.

I managed to pull my gun and shakily shoot the table. Baron came to his senses and released me. I breathed in and out laboriously.

"I'm not going to answer that question Mila."

"Get out."

Baron closed his eyes in shame as he asked.

"You want me to get out?"

"Did I not make myself clear you f.u.c.king a.s.shole? Get the f.u.c.k out of my sight! I actually thought for a second that you aren't that bad. But you decide to show your true colors."

"Mila please forgive me."

"The next time I have to ask you to leave will be the last time you hear another person talk. Now leave."

Baron nodded and walked out of the door. He looked back at me and opened his mouth. But shut it. He sighed as the door closed behind him. Who was Baron? And why was his reaction that strong to my question?

What have I gotten myself into?
