Everyone around the room said the same words and started to eat. Amelia took her first bite of food and looked around the room. So many people were eating their food happily not paying much attention to everything that was happening in the back of the room. She looked at the crack of the door and saw a fox snout pop in. She held back her giggles. 

Gabriel watched as Amelia stopped eating and was holding back her giggles. When he was about to ask He saw Amelia's hand point towards the door and he glanced over. He looked at the food on his plate and rolled a small ball of rice he made and added a little fish in the center to Inari. 

The fox snout and rice ball disappeared and did not peak back in. Gabriel patted on her knee then started eating again. "Continue to eat. There will also be dessert If you can not finish everything just let me know and I will help you finish it off." He whispered this in her ear.

"Thank you, Gabriel. I am happy that you are here." Amelia looked down at the try and noticed that the portions were a little smaller than earlier. She glanced at Miyuki.

Miyuki came over and poured some tea for the both of them. "I requested that you get a little less so that you do not overeat and can try the dessert that was made. Do not worry I asked k.u.ma to put the other half of your rolls aside in case you wanted to heat them later." 

Amelia giggled, "You mean in case I want to give them to you?" She watched as Miyuki wiggled her eyebrows. "You are too funny." She looked at Gabriel and smiled. "I should be able to eat it all. 

"That is good. Miyuki, thank you for taking such good care of Amelia. I heard what you said and you can come to eat it later when you remind Amelia to take her meds while bringing a snack to the room." Gabriel makes this suggestion and moves a hair that had come loose from Amelia's bun.

"It is all part of my duties." Miyuki goes back to sitting and waits until they need more tea. 

Amelia watched Gabriel dank the Sake. She picked up the sake decanter and poured more into the dish. "This is the least I can do for you. I think you are expected to drink most of this." 

"I am expected to drink all of it but I think that it has a pleasant taste. I wish that you could try but I do not know what effects it might have on your body when you have not had anything to drink in such a long time. Wait no, I do not think you have ever tried sake, have you?" Gabriel looked at her gently.

"I have never tried it before. I am slightly worried because it is customary to drink at our wedding. Do we know how much I will be able to drink?" Amelia looks concerned and takes an egg roll and eats it.

Gabriel eats some of the food and thinks about it. "Do you want to try? I think that this is the weakest that we own and it might not be all that bad to have a little bit." Gabriel picked up the round flat bowl cup and drank the sake Amelia poured for him then he handed her the cup. He picks up the decanter and pours the sake in but only fills it halfway. 

Amelia looked around the room and saw that n.o.body was watching and drank the sake quickly and handed the cup back to Gabriel. "That is quite nice. I think that I will be able to drink that on the wedding day. I like it a lot." Her cheeks got a little rosy.

Miyuki giggled but did not say anything as it was not her place to say anything. She watched Amelia drink a little bit of sake but vowed to keep it a secret.

"I am glad that you liked it. I infused it with the sakura petals from the tree in the yard." Gabriel took a hold of the cup and poured a little more sake 'I will make more of this for her if she likes it so much I did not know that she would enjoy it as much as she seemed to.'

Amelia started blus.h.i.+ng and ate the food quietly and was still eating while others finished before her. She finally finished the last of the food and looked up. "Oh, I'm sorry was I slowing the dessert process?" 

"Not at all my dear. It is okay that you take your time. Alright, bring in the dessert." Edna clapped her hands and then the servants got up and collected the empty dishes and left. 

Amelia looked over at Gabriel and touched his cheek. "I am really sorry for the delay. Are you sure you are not upset?" 

"Never would I get upset over you taking your time. I will ask our parents to leave us alone at the end of our marriage meeting. I would like to have some alone time with you and I know that you would like that too. I promise that I will not do anything to you. I just want it to be us. As that is not something that will happen very often." Gabriel touched her cheek while smiling at her sweetly. 

Kazuki looked at Gabriel and then yelled. "KISS HER."

Suzuka glares at Kazuki as she jabs him with his elbow. "Just what do you think you are teaching our daughter?!" She turns to Mayumi, "Do not listen to what your father says. He can be immature at times."

Edna looked at Gabriel and Amelia smiling Gently. Then she turned and watched Suzuka as she jabs him in the rib with her elbow. She hears the words that Suzuka said. "That is my daughter. You show him who is the boss."
