Noah was the one who entered the room first after the doctor allowed them to meet her. His heart sank on seeing her lying on the bed in that state. Meera looking the weaker than she ever did, her color pale and a number of tubes and needles inserted in her body. A tear ran down his cheek and he found his answer. It was love that won the battle and he felt the fear of losing her. He realized that no matter how much he tried he couldn't hate this girl who took his bullet with a smile, the girl who hid sacrificed her own life for his safety. He walked to her bed and held her hand while his own hands were trembling. He started crying and kept his head on her hand.

"I..I'm sorry Meera," He said and his voice cracked. "I never wanted to hurt you...I'm sorry. Please don't leave me. I can't afford to lose you. Please..." He sobbed. He was finally realizing that it was anger that took over him earlier and forced him to take this step. He was now regretting it the most and wanted to turn back time and instead of opposing her, he wanted to be by her side on every step. He was shattered but the trio comforted him and told him to be strong for her. They told him that many enemies were still out there, trying to kill and he had to stay strong and protect her from everyone. They were standing by her bed when suddenly the door opened with a bang, revealing Troy who was breathing heavily by running to the room.

"Troy?!" George said and they three were shaken. It was said that Troy died when he going for the training, due to a bomb blast and now all of a sudden he was standing in front of them, 6 years after that incident happened. He knew beforehand about the attack as he heard the conversation between their leader and Sam and therefore he escaped before the attack and was undercover for so many years.
