In the heart of the great forest that borders many farms, hares straighten on their hind legs. The hairs standing up on their backs, they pounce and all the representatives of their breed flee south from this place that has become too dangerous.
Like them, from the smallest vole in the undergrowth to the biggest man-eating spider, all the animals accompanied by the totality of monsters rush together where they will be able to escape from their predator who has just announced its arrival.
Faced with this strange spectacle, to say the least, the three groups of adventurers present in the forest are too shocked to think of pursuing the groups of Goblins they were fighting against a moment ago.
These stupid creatures, who do not hesitate to impale themself on their swords with the sole purpose of hurting them, suddenly panicked and after a cry of terror, all the little green beings left them there, weapons up.
Among these adventurers, only one of them understands what is happening now.
She, who is daily targeted by the little demon whose voice she recognized, takes a little pity on the poor goblins.
It is true that Gina only moderately appreciates these creatures who provide her with a comfortable daily income, however... no one deserves to suffer so much that terror can permeate her bones.
…
In the centre of the forest, where each species usually stays in its place, a multicoloured tide of predators and their natural prey mingle has been formed.
They all escape as quickly as they can to a place where the monster will not come looking for them, but as fast that their paws can carry them, they all ignore the fact that just above them, two small mischievous red eyes never let them out of their vision.
A gigantic snow-white demonic Tiger, driven by hunger, who has just arrived in this place which abounds in game, has infiltrated into this stange group, never before observed.
The huge monster thought it could have happy days just by hunting and sleeping all day long, yet its instinct is to follow the other creatures whose screams of fear can be heard 10 miles away.
The monster has so far managed to survive the repeated attacks of adventurers who have pursued it relentlessly, but when something that seems to fall from the sky strikes the ground so violently that earth is thrown in all directions, the giant Tiger shudders with anguish.
The aura emanating from the newly formed hole is much darker than that of the most demonic monster it met so far.
No different from all the other animals present in this place, its legs, although muscular, which could easily jump over this ridiculous hole, refuse to continue to advance.
"Oh, I jumped too hard and now I'm buried like a potted plant."
The giant Tiger raises its ears. What's that cute little voice? Is it wrong? The creature trapped in that hole would she be a victim of the mighty monster and not its opponent himself?
As a demonic creature of rank B+, the Tiger knows more than any other creature in this forest how vicious the powerful monsters are. With its knowledge, it bows forward, ready to pounce on whatever comes out of the earthly cavity.
Partially answering its questions, a little dirty hand soon appears.
A second little hand, black with dirt, joins the first one, then it is the turn of a little head covered with leaves from the surrounding trees to show itself.
Soon, the giant Tiger almost falls when it sees the adorable little thing rubbing her little blue flowered dress.
"No, my dress is all muddy. The dwarf women in the guild are gonna scold me again. That's okay, the important thing is...
...LAMBS. THE WOLF FOUND YOU."
She's just a little girl, so why do its paws are they forcing it to back off? Why this irrepressible feeling of terror that it can't shake off?
True, unlike the humans, this child has two little horns, but it's not those little things that will pierce its leather, which is stronger than steel.
Yes, she exudes an aura of such suffocating darkness that seems to come straight from the depths of the underworld, but she is very young, so how could she be a threat to it, a great seasoned fighter?
"Owa, Owa, Owa, Mistress, have mercy on your followers."
Seeing those goblin idiots on their knees whose words and gestures seem to indicate they're praying to that little girl, the demonic Tiger is confused.
The little girl stops rubbing her little dress, which between the earth, the twigs that pierced it and the sap of the trees that permeated it, is in a lamentable state.
The Giant Tiger fights against its trembling paws that still refuse to listen to it, but when it sees the little girl hops towards it, it understands that it is already too late.
The Demonic Tiger cannot lie to itself any longer because it knows it only too well: This carelessness belongs only to the most powerful of monsters.
The feline feels its forces abandon it so much that the fear it feels becomes uncontrollable. Its pathetic state gets even worse when the child bursts out laughing, points at one Goblin after another and starts counting.
The child then raises her little filthy arm towards the sky.
It is precisely at this moment, in front of her mischievous smile, that the tiger knows that despite the size of this microbe and this adorable little voice, this little girl is really the most powerful enemy it has ever been allowed to meet.
"Let's create an appropriate play s.p.a.ce. (Horrific Dome)"
While many insects are ejected when the little girl scratches her head, the sky becomes darker than a stormy day.
Plaintive screams come from all directions seem to approach the creatures who begging for mercy from the child whose hair is itch her.
The ground, made of brown earth, takes on an ochre hue that gives nausea to the simple animals.
The Tiger does not know what this curse is on a large scale, but it suspects that it is only the beginning of the festival of horrors.
When bony arms followed by their skeletal bodies of warriors armed with huge swords emerge from the ground, it regrets being right.
Too busy watching the skeletal warriors emerge from the earth, the Giant Tiger does not see that above the compact ma.s.s of animals and creatures unable to move, a small black portal is forming.
The inside of the circle seems to be made of an unstable viscous material. Black bubbles exploding in this disgusting circle, and after numerous black bubbles exploding, the tar-like material brought to a boil becomes more compact.
"Forgive me, I'm still a bit slow to set up the playground where we will all have fun together. (Opening of Princess Hera's playground, Infernal kindergarten.)"
...
At the edge of the forest.
"Gina, where do all these skeletons come from?"
"I hate her! I hate her! I know it's her fault and I hate her."
