I told my pack members to not come near the house. My mom and dad were also jumping with joy. They were making preparations for her arrival. The energy and happiness she was bringing to this place even before her entry is enough to tell how precious she is to all of us.

The day had come and I wanted to make a good impression on her. I wore a black suit and styled my hair. Max was jumping with joy knowing that he could talk to her after a long wait. He was even giving me lectures on how to behave when he was the first who would lose all his sanity near her.

Rock mind linked me that she had entered the hall. And as I saw her tiny figure entering my nest I had an overwhelming urge to protect and treasure her. I was walking down the stairs when she met my eyes. I knew she was stunned and couldn't move because that's the connection mates have when they first meet each other.

As I was about to reach her, she dropped down, worried about what had happened to our mate, I rushed towards her. When she lifted her chin, I could fall for her all over again. She was beautiful and she was mine.

I so wanted to hold her, kiss her and never let go, but I had to control these feelings.
