In the Education Tower of Eleven City, Zhong Li was having a meeting with an old man and an old woman.

The old man was Zhang Zhongjun, a deputy dean of the No. 11 school responsible for the Discipline Department, which punished students who violated school rules. After all, young people often lost control of themselves.

The old woman was also a deputy dean of the No. 11 school. Her name was Huo Hong. She was responsible for the Education Department, which helped the students solve training problems.

Together with Dean Zhong Li, they were the three highest administrators of the No. 11 school.

It was Zhong Li's mission to find potential students in the No. 11 school through whatever means possible and send them to the main school.

The main school would reward him if he sent many candidates, and would yell at him if the candidates were too few.

If he failed to find any excellent students after several years, it would be the end of his career as the dean.

So, Zhong Li felt like cursing when he realized his situation.

It was not a promotion after all! He was essentially sitting on a crater where a volcano might erupt any time!

What angered Zhong Li most was that the three administrators would all be rewarded if distinguished students were found, but he would be the only person to be yelled at or fired if no good students were sent to the main school.

"Dean Zhong, that's for all now. If there's nothing else, we'll be leaving." Zhang Zhongjun nodded at Zhong Li and stood up, ready to leave.

Zhong Li was rather gloomy. Zhang Zhongjun, as a Martial King, had no respect for him at all. It was insufferable.

An enormous explosion sounded. They hurried to stand up and look out of the window, only to see a gargantuan mushroom cloud rising in the distance.

Someone knocked on the door, and a long-legged woman walked in.

"Dean Zhong, not good! A student named w.a.n.g Hao had a fight with the inspectors!" The woman eyed Zhong Li in a different way.

She was the secretary who the No. 11 school arranged for Zhong Li. She had been fine with it until she heard the rumor about how w.a.n.g Hao bribed Zhong Li with a certain item.

What should she do if this l.u.s.ty dean hara.s.sed her? Resist or give in?

"Why is he a troublemaker wherever he goes?" Zhong Li rubbed his eyebrow, feeling a headache. He had just arrived in the No. 11 school, and the guy had caused trouble again.

"w.a.n.g Hao?" Zhang Zhongjun frowned and asked, "The champion of the level-one planets?"

The long-legged woman nodded and said, "That's him."

"Who does he think he is? A champion of level-one planets cannot disregard the rules." Zhang Zhongjun snorted. The guy had no respect for the Discipline Department.

"Cough, cough…" Zhong Li coughed and said, "Deputy Dean Zhang, I suggest you calm down. w.a.n.g Hao is not someone you can touch."

"Pa…" Zhang Zhongjun slapped the desk and said, "It's my responsibility to ensure the order in Eleven City. Everybody has to obey the rules of this place."

"Is that so? You are truly a just man, Deputy Dean Zhang!" Zhong Li raised his thumb for Zhang Zhongjun and pointed at a statue outside of the window. "But w.a.n.g Hao is not everybody; he is that man's son."

Zhang Zhongjun turned aside and looked out of the window, only to see the statue of w.a.n.g Tianyi, the Mighty Commander who was a legend of Empyrean North University.

Huo Hong was shocked too. She asked, "Dean Zhong, are you serious? Is w.a.n.g Hao really the Mighty Commander's son?"

"That's right!" Zhong Li nodded. "Mr. Su Mu has met with w.a.n.g Hao, but he feels that it's too early for w.a.n.g Hao to go to the main school. So, he's going to gain more experience in the No. 11 school first."

In the meantime, Zhong Li secretly thought that the real reason why Su Mu sent w.a.n.g Hao here was to prevent him from causing trouble in the main school of Empyrean North University.

w.a.n.g Hao had gotten involved in a street fight within an hour of arrival. He would definitely cause more trouble in the future.

"What's w.a.n.g Hao's personality and cultivation?" asked Huo Hong curiously, wondering if the Mighty Commander's son would be as domineering as his father.

"w.a.n.g Hao is now a level-two Martial Master," said Zhong Li softly.

Huo Hong was slightly disappointed. The best students from level-one planets were level-four Martial Masters, two levels higher than w.a.n.g Hao. w.a.n.g Hao was not outstanding at all.

In the meantime, Huo Hong understood why w.a.n.g Hao was sent to a branch instead of the main school. After all, all the students in the main school were Martial Grandmasters, and a Martial Master would definitely be bullied there.

To ease the awkwardness, Huo Hong said, "Dean Zhong, are you saying that w.a.n.g Hao is very… unrestrained?"

Zhong Li's eyelids s.h.i.+vered. "Not just unrestrained, but also b.i.t.c.hy. His b.i.t.c.hiness is something that you cannot imagine or forget."

"Seriously?" Huo Hong found it hard to believe. The Mighty Commander was a man of integrity. His son couldn't be so worthless, could he?

"You'll understand that later." Zhong Li reminded them, "Deputy Dean Zhang, I need to tell you that Senior Su Mu thinks highly of w.a.n.g Hao…"

Zhang Zhongjun's face darkened further He wouldn't dare to punish w.a.n.g Hao even if Zhong Li didn't say anything, and he had even less courage now.
