Gu Yan went to the studio after making the breakfast for Manla although it was a day of rest. She had to work hard to appreciate the help of her friend and family who cared about her.

Gu Yan was still thinking about what happened yesterday. “Why did Mo Yichen appear in that hospital?” Then she called Manla who was still sleeping.

“Manla, what are you doing?”

“I just woke up because of you. Why you call me since we are in the same house?” Manla complained.

“I am not at home and on the way to the studio.” Gu Yan said cautiously and worried that Manla would lose her temper again.

“Come on. Don’t you have a rest at weekend? Did I bother you last night? I seldom come to your home. Why do you treat me like that?” Manla was angry.

“No, no. I can’t work tonight because I have to invite my staff for dinner tonight. But there is something that I should finish today.” Gu Yan explained.

“Alright, I thought that I could accompany you as much as possible. Are you busy at the design for Mo Yichen?”

“Oh! Come with me tonight. We will have a party.” Gu Yan changed the topic quickly.

“Alright! I will. Just go ahead and do your things.” Manla knew that Gu Yan really liked Mo Yichen.

“I want to ask you something.” Gu Yan said.

“Go ahead.”

“Do you know about my grandma’s hospital?”

“Xingchen Hospital? It is a private hospital owned by President Mo. Why do you ask about it?” Manla was confused.

“Never mind. Forget it.” Gu Yan didn’t talk much about it.

“You mean that it is your grandma…” Manla suddenly remembered something.

“I should go. Bye.” Gu Yan hung up the phone and realized something after thinking a while.

“How can I explain to Gu Yan?” Mo Yichen was annoyed and would like to beat Wu Gang very hard.

“Boss, we should go.” Wu Gang was ready and urged Mo Yichen who was still in the room. They were seldom late.

“I know.” Mo Yichen stared at the phone and didn’t know whether he should answer the phone.

“Should I pick it up?” He was entangled.

“h.e.l.lo, Gu Yan, what’s up?” Mo Yichen was excited.

“We have a party tonight. Will you come to us? I want to express my thanks to you.” Gu Yan invited.

“OK, I will go.” Mo Yichen replied.

“Well. See you.”

“Bye.” Mo Yichen was very excited like a child who got the candy. But he calmed down immediately when hearing Wu Gang’s words.

“Boss, it is time to go.” Wu Gang knocked the door.

“OK.” Mo Yichen thought he couldn’t sleep all night.

“Boss, why are you laughing? We are late.” Wu Gang was a little bit confused.

“Forget it, let’s go.” Mo Yichen changed his expression.

“Come on.” Wu Gang shook his head.

Gu Yan came to the studio and there was n.o.body here. It seemed that everyone was preparing for the party. Gu Yan went into her office and looked outside, “Why did I invite Mo Yichen just now?” She felt regretful about her behavior.

“Am I stupid?” Gu Yan ridiculed herself.

“Sister Gu Yan, we are here.” Yuan Xi gathered the people to the studio and was about to have a warm up.

“Why do you come here?” Gu Yan was surprised for their coming.

Gu Yan was in the busiest time and sighed about today’s work. But now she was surprised by them.

“We should be very busy at the end of this month since we got many orders. But you even let us have a day off and invite us to the dinner. We cannot leave you alone and then we come here to finish our job.” Yuan Xi explained.

“You… I love you so much. I believe we will have better performance.” Gu Yan was almost crying. She wanted to thank to Manla who introduced so many trustworthy staff to her.

“Well, let’s go to work and then have a big dinner tonight.” Yuan Xi made a joke.

Gu Yan was touched. The studio was lively because all people got together.

Each of them did their own job. It was called teamwork.

“We wouldn’t have party if we cannot finish the job.” An employee complained when seeing her complex job. Then Xiao Ling came to help her.

“Look, this should be like this…” Xiao Ling was trusted by Mo Yichen because she had strong working ability, although she was always joking. Gu Yan returned to her office to make the budget since everybody was working.

Time went by quickly. Everyone stretched out and was about to hold on.

“Yuan Xi, come here.” Gu Yan called Yuan Xi.

“Is there anything wrong? Sister Gu Yan.” Yuan Xi thought she made mistakes in her report, so she ran to Gu Yan quickly.

“I will pick up a person and make a reservation. Then you come to me later.” Gu Yan smiled.

“Come on. I thought that I did something wrong.”

“I have to go. You may come here when the job is done. I will send you an address when I get there.” Gu Yan said.

“How can you leave first since they are outside?” Yuan Xi bantered.

“Please, please.” Gu Yan turned to Yuan Xi for help.

Yuan Xi looked at Gu Yan and shook her head helplessly.
