They must have sensed that something was going on and already came up with a proper solution. As the man came into the room, the door was opened.

Gu Chaoyan opened the door and walked out, only to see no one outside, not even maids or enunches. That was not proper, but Princess Gu was setting her up so the servants were all driven away.

However, that made their plan go smoothly.

Zhou Huaijin brought her up to the top of a tree, then he said gently, “Let’s just stay here.”

Gu Chaoyan looked up. It was the perfect place for the show. They were able to see what was going on in the room whilst people around the place would not be able to see them. No one would look up at the tree for no reason. What was more, the leaves were giving them shade too.

Gu Chaoyan was about to thank him when Zhou Huaijin whispered, “The show is beginning.”

As he finished saying the words, his eyes became dark.

These women were so ferocious. How dare they come up with such an evil plan to set up Chaoyan! d.a.m.n, they were trying to ruin her innocence!
