The shark was in immense pain. It writhed heavily in the ocean, sending the water splattering all around itself.

Several minutes later, its movements finally ceased. Its enormous body remained half-afloat in the water.

Bai Qinghao took in Fang Xinxin’s stunning, pale complexion and was astonished. He struggled to believe that she had successfully killed an enormous shark whilst protecting him and keeping them afloat.

He had seen the way the two knives had cut the shark earlier. Her strength was way beyond what a normal human could achieve!

Fang Xinxin did not wish to spend time explaining things to him for now. She tugged at Bai Qinghao’s arm and quickly swam towards the shark’s carca.s.s. “I’m not sure when we will find land. We need to obtain some food.”

If they ended up afloat for several days, they would starve to death.
