“Mus.h.i.+, Shen Xi, stop it.” The discoloration and fragility in Su Ruowan’s complexion were signs that she was startled. Pulling Su Mus.h.i.+’s arm, she pitifully cried out in a sobbing voice, “Shen Xi, this is not the way to talk. Apologize to Mus.h.i.+.”
