"Haha… it is nothing, it is what you deserve after being hara.s.sed in such a way. Compensation should always be paid."  Lord Yong replied, his voice filled with emotion. He even sniffed a few times.

"Lord Yong is right! Compensation should be paid." Kana looked at the two brutes who were standing only a few steps away and smiled. "So when are you going to pay up?" 

The two brutes almost coughed up mouthfuls of blood hearing Kana's question. They had just handed over all their hard earned contribution points, and now she was asking for more!? "Kana is right, you should pay her some compensation. I already gave her the sect's compensation for her problems, but you two, who are the ones who caused the issue, should also pay up."

Lord Yong played right along with Kana since he was in such a good mood. He even forgot the so called sect compensation came from the two brutes, to begin with. Sadly the two brutes had no choice but to open their spatial rings and dish out a few high grade spirit stones. They did not dare give anything less in case they got in even more trouble. When Kana received them, she smiled happily and thanked them. "Thank you! Next time make sure you follow the sect rules, or you might end up needing to compensate people again."

"Yes, of course, we will follow the sect rules to the word." One of the brutes quickly responded. Although he never lifted his head. He did not dare to. There were three ma.s.sive killing intents so strong that they felt like they were being skinned alive, bearing down on them. 

"That's good to hear." Kana nodded in satisfaction before turning to Lord Yong. "Thank you for your help and sorry for troubling you."

"Haha! It's not a problem. But Kana, I must ask, is it true that you have a husband?" Lord Yong looked over at Creige. When he saw the man next to Kana, he understood why Kana never even put Prince dong in her eyes. That was because the man at Kana's side was handsome enough to make every woman in the world chase after him. He made note to keep Prince Gong Ya away from the sect for the time being, or something bad may just happen. Plus, he noticed one of the little girls who should be Kana's daughter was radiating a killing intent that even made him s.h.i.+ver. 

As Lord Yong, waited for Kana's answer, the air behind them began to twist and turn. Feeling the change in the air, Lord Yong turned his head to see a ghostly figure suddenly step out from the distorted s.p.a.ce. He instantly felt a pressure weighing down on him that made him feel fear all the way to the deepest parts of his soul. 

But what shocked him the most was the close resemblance the figure had to Kana. "Mama! I came to visit before I went to the realm of souls."

"Oh! Angelica! " Kana ran forward and reached her hand out to her baby, who was slowly descending from the sky. The ghostly figure hugged Kana tightly with a big smile on her face. Kana teared up as she mumbled:  "I thought you already left…."

"I just had to do a few things in the realm of the dead. I told Aunty Ceilie and Aunty Nergal that everyone was doing fine and asked them to watch over things while I was away. I made sure  all major issues were handled for the time being and even told the river of reincarnation to block everyone from crossing it. From what that old man said, it will take a while before I can even reach the first stage. So I wanted to be sure that everything was settled. But before I went into my seclusion, I wanted to visit everyone." Angelica explained. She looked around and saw that everyone besides her mother and the old man next to her were staring at the two brutish guys with murderous eyes. "What happened?"

"Haha! Miss Angelica, I presume. Everything has already been settled." Lord Yong was already very much updated on Kana's family relations.h.i.+ps and who was who. And he knew the young lady in front of him was also Kana's daughter and, more importantly, the only one who was not sealed.

"Old man, I wasn't asking you." Angelica glared at Lord Yong before looking over at Yana. "Yana, tell Big Sister what happened."

"Big Sister, these two bullied Mama, Handsome Papa, Big Sister Rain, and I, but they have already paid a high compensation from how Mama and the old man here are reacting." Yana pursed her lips. 

"Oh?" Angelica's eyes turned cold as she looked over at the two brutish men. They began to glow with an eerie light causing the two brutish men to s.h.i.+ver. "I see…. Your souls are a bit corrupted. while you may have paid compensation, it is unforgivable that you dared try to bully my family so because that, you will need to pay a small price." 

Angelica snapped her fingers, and the two brutish men began to scream out in agony, causing everyone who heard it to feel a cold s.h.i.+ver run down their spines. The whole incident had brought many onlookers. This was why Angelica was making a display of power. With this, no one will dare try to bully her family again while she was not around. Lord Yong could only stand at the side and say nothing. He realized that Elder Ning was not joking. Kana's family was not something they could look down on. They had to treat Kana and her family better than the Gong royal family.

Five minutes pa.s.sed before Angelica finally snapped her fingers again, causing the two men who were covered in sweat to finally show a relaxed expression. Angelica snorted as she looked at everyone. "Spread the word. If anyone dares to mess with my family, your fates will be much worse than theirs. This was just a small portion of the pain I can inflict on your souls. And I do not need to even be near you to do it."
