"You're calling them youngsters, what about me? Are you indirectly trying to say that I have aged?" Fu Hua asked in an angry tone.

The director was scared of out his wits. When did his talking about the applicants become an insult to him?

The director, quickly rendered an apology to Fu Hua, along with a bow.

"If you are that worried about their relations.h.i.+p status, then add, 'That each one of them must be able to separate their personal life from work." Fu Hua said as he hit his desk with his palm.

He was still very much angry with that director and seeing how angry he was, n.o.body dared to mention anything about relations.h.i.+p status or age.

Even Zimo was scared for his life. It has been a very long time since the boss got this angry. Even if he did get angry once in a while but today's own was unexpected.

The director that just annoyed Fu Hua cried in his heart. When and how did I offend him?

The rest of the directors pitied him. Since their Boss could flare up because of something not worth it, it meant that they had to thread on a thin line in today's meeting.

The directors exchanged glances. n.o.body wanted to get on his bad side and get scolded, so many were afraid to speak up.

Fu Hua looked around and saw that n.o.body was saying anything, he nodded and said, "Since there is nothing..."

Fu Hua's words stopped on his lips as one director raised his hand to seek permission to speak.

Fu Hua didn't say anything. He was so angry today with the directors with the criteria they came up with and now someone dared to cut his words off.

The director that raised his hands, glanced at Fu Hua when he didn't permit him to speak.

"What? Should I beg you to speak after you interrupted me?" Fu Hua asked with a smile that was not a smile.

"I'm sorry, Sir!" The director apologized with a bow. Then he took a deep breath before speaking up.

"Sir, since we will be picking only 30 people for the final round, then we shouldn't allow more than a thousand people to apply for this compet.i.tion, as it will be unfair to many applicants."

Fu Hua shut his eyes and opened them again. Fixing a menacing gaze on him, Fu Hua asked, "Do you want to lose your position?"

The director looked confused as he glanced at his colleagues before glancing back at Fu Hua who looked like he would swallow him whole the next minute.

"Forgive me, Sir, please forget what I just said."

Fu Hua scoffed at him and asked, "I should forget you interrupted me? Is your relations.h.i.+p status distracting you from behaving properly?"

The other directors looked away, as this one was clearly asking for a beating. How could he interrupt the Boss to say something and then tell him to forget about it?

"No, Sir." The director replied. He was still confused if the matter he brought up wasn't important.

Fu Hua looked like he was still angry with what he said about the relations.h.i.+p status of the future applicants.

His wife was going to apply, so does it mean she shouldn't bother to apply because she was married? Fu Hua was so angry when he thought about this.

"I think we should relieve you of the stress for a few months. Go back home for today." Fu Hua said to him.

Fu Hua was definitely asking him to take a leave for a few month as a punishment. The person Fu Hua was angry at, was the other director that spoke about relations.h.i.+p status but he was lucky he escaped and now, he had to pour aggression on another person.

"Sir, I'm sorry but I don't know what I did wrong." The director said.

"That's the more reason why you should spend more time at home to rest because the stress has confused you greatly that you no longer remember the rules when you bring up a problem." Fu Hua said while knocking on the desk.

The other directors understood what Fu Hua was talking about. During an important meeting like this, anyone bringing up a problem, should suggest a solution and not just say something and keep quiet.

Actually, this was not supposed to be a big deal but what can they do when their Boss made it a big deal?

The director in question was too nervous to think properly, so Zimo had to help him out.

"Director Chuo, the boss is waiting for your suggestion," Zimo said in a kind reminder.

One glare from Fu Hua was all it took for Zimo to turn into a statue.

The director finally got why Fu Hua was annoyed and quickly apologized before giving his suggestions.

"... I think the site for the application should be open for a limited number of hours."

Fu Hua finally looked away from him and glanced at the rest of the directors for their opinion.

Since their Boss was waiting for their opinion, the rest of the directors finally reacted and a few of them chipped in some words.

Finally, Fu Hua's verdict came. "From your agreement, the site should be made open for only a few hours and this means that the server will be very busy. The tech department should take note and work on the site. As for the time interval, there shouldn't be any. Once we have up to 1,000 Applicants, the site will automatically close."

According to Fu Hua's instruction, the information was put up on social media, along with the criteria for the compet.i.tion.

This was not too surprising, as everyone knew that many people were eyeing that compet.i.tion and if there were no rules and implementation from FJ, they should be expecting nothing less than 15,000 applicants, so it was a good thing that they made their stance known.
