"JunJie? We are good friends. Don't mind the rumors going around." FangSu replied in a worry-free tone.

"How can he just be a friend when a picture of you two holding hands surfaced online?." Fu Hee inquired further. She didn't believe that her daughter was just friends with the Zhang guy, and wanted to hear the truth.

FangSu got tired of her questions and said, "Mum do you want me to lie to you? I am not his girlfriend, he hasn't asked me out yet, so we are just good friends."

"Is he good to you?." Fu Hee asked as her tone softened.

"Of course, he is very good to me. I wouldn't be good friends with him if he didn't treat me well." FangSu replied with a smile. Recalling the moments she has spent with Zhang Junjie so far, she liked him more as he has been very good to her.

Fu Hee seemed to have calmed down a little. "It's good that he treats you well, but you will have to answer to your grandfather and explain things to him. He doesn't seem to be happy seeing that picture of the internet."

"I know, it will be easy to speak to grandfather, he will understand me," FangSu said in a confident tone, but Fu Hee burst her bubbles.

FangSu sighed and replied, "I know, he loves Da Xia more, that shouldn't be a problem. I just have to bribe him by using Da Xia."

FangSu did what she said. She found Jasmine watching a cartoon with her nanny and two other servants by her side, and decided to bribe her with a lollipop ????

Because she has been deceived by her before, the little bun didn't immediately follow her. She first glanced at the red color lollipop in her hand, before looking up at her.

"Da Xia, what are you waiting for? Come over, and I will give you the lollipop and take you to grandfather, but you can't tell your mum or your father about it, otherwise, I will be in trouble." FangSu said as she beckoned on the little girl.

Jasmine glanced at the red lollipop again, and slowly put her fingers in her mouth. She was interested in it, but sue didn't trust FangSu anymore.

"Miss, you can't give the little miss any lollipop, she is too young to taste it." Mrs. Zu said from the side.

"Who said I'm going to give it to her?." FangSu said in a low tone so that Jasmine wouldn't listen to her. Mrs. Zu relaxed after getting an a.s.surance from her.

Seeing that the little bun was hesitating, FangSu cane to her side and picked her up in her arms, and walked away.

When they got to a place no one was watching, FangSu let the little bun have the lollipop to get a taste.

Jasmine didn't need any a.s.sistance with the pop, she took it from FangSu, and touched the red part with her other hand. Next, she waved the sweet in her hand and babbled excitedly.

"It's good that you don't know you can put it in your mouth," FangSu said and sighed in relief.

When FangSu brought the little bun into Grandfather Fu's study, Butler Lu happily showed her to the couch.

Grandfather Fu was happy to see his great-granddaughter and immediately left his desk and went to FangSu's side.

Seeing how interested her grandfather was in the little bun's presence, FangSu gobbled up that opportunity.

"Grandfather, don't mind the rumors going on the internet, I'm not dating Junjie, we are just friends. But when something serious is going on, you will be the first to know."

Grandfather Fu had wanted to give her a good scolding, but he relented and ended up telling her off in a gentle tone.

"Don't tarnish our family image, be careful!." Grandfather Fu said to her before moving his gaze to the little bun who had something in her mouth.

"What is Da Xia eating?." The old man asked with creased brows.

At first, FangSu was a little confused until she glanced at the little bun in her arms who was busy licking the lollipop in her hands. FangSu was shocked as she speedily s.n.a.t.c.hed the lollipop from her.

Her quick actions frightened the little bun, and she started to very when she realized that the sweet thing she was enjoying a moment ago was gone.

"Who gave the lollipop to her?." Grandfather Fu asked with a fierce gaze.. At this moment, he resembled Fu Hua when he was angry.
