Susan would forgive her if it were some other time and another place. But right now, it wasn't the place or time. She shouldn't have messed with the client. Susan is very professional when it comes to this. For her, the customers are G.o.ds and should be treated as such if they continue to prove that they deserve such respect.

Right now, Kane was one such customer who has shown no such reasons to receive such a rude response from Corey. Susan has met a lot of customers in her seven years of experience as a sales representative. So she knows Kane wasn't the type to act as Corey claimed him to be. Therefore, Susan was fuming at Corey.

"Corey, one last time. Tell me honestly what happened otherwise, you no longer need to come to work here.
