Chapter 6 - Sent to prison: St.i.tching beauty club
Chapter 6: St.i.tching beauty club
On the surface, Yu Su had been actively looking for clues to survive and without hiding anything, he told the missionaries all the information he discovered without processing to fight for a chance for everyone to live.
But Xiangnu felt that these were not Yu Su’s real goals. He didn’t have much malice towards the missionaries, but he also had absolutely no good intentions. Everything he laid out had nothing to do with the missionaries. As far as he was concerned, they were just chess pieces that he will take over and use.
It was a pity that Xiangnu knew almost nothing about Yu Su, and even if he was curious, he could not guess his true purpose through the barren information.
Before the change, Xiangnu might hook up with Yu Su for inquiries, but now he had a heart but he doesn’t dare to tease Yu Su too much.
Xiangnu had never forgotten his fundamental purpose, which was to leave the dungeon alive and get rich rewards.
Instead of finding out about a man’s life experience and heart, it was too small and insignificant for the eyesight he had longed for 20 years.
Xiangnu had been in the boundless world for twenty years, and his heart was as strong as iron, and he would never be easily shaken.
After the announcement, ten minutes pa.s.sed quickly, and the train was still travelling in the grey and foggy s.p.a.ce as before.
The mission personnel in the No. 4 carriage were fully armed. Some found their sungla.s.ses, some covered their eyes with their fingers, and some took out gauze soaked in water, waiting for the arrival of the silver light.
The silver light also appeared suddenly as before, and the light was still bright and dazzling, but this time the taskers were prepared for it. Although the eyes were still stung and they felt uncomfortable, they still barely saw the world behind the silver light.
The silver light lasted for about ten seconds and then dissipated, and the darkness suddenly shrouded, and the uncomfortable feeling swept over everyone again.
After everything returned to normal, Yu Su said lightly, “You should have seen what’s under the silver light, right?”
Lin Cheng said word by word absentmindedly, “That’s the central hall.”
Xiangnu thought about it and said, “After coming out of the silver light, the feeling is the same as when we were thrown into the dungeon from the central hall.”
Yu Su helped Xiang Nu to get up, and said to the task persons in the No. 4 carriage, “You guys can decide whether this clue is worth your risk, let’s go back.”
Lin Cheng stood up and said hesitantly, “Actually, if we can find out the regularity of the random inspection of carriages, we may be able to avoid ghosts by entering other carriages. When the flight attendant checks, we can just leave that carriage.”
Yu Su sneered in a low voice, “There is a risk of ghosts getting on the trains that have been checked, and now you can only go to Cars 1 and 2, because No. 4 and No. 7 are about to be occupied by ghosts, and No. 5 is about to be sandwiched by compartment filled with ghosts. It will soon be as completely cut off as Car 8 unless someone dares to risk their way through the Monster filled car.”
“But this can delay your death. Although, if you die sooner or later, you all die the same.”
Yu Su ended his words for himself. The task workers in the No. 4 carriage were too stressed by what he said, and their expressions were very gloomy.
Yu Su took Xiangnu back to Car No. 1. On the way, Xiangnu confirmed, “You are deliberately putting pressure on them to survive, forcing them to try to escape the train and enter the central hall.”
Yu Su calmly said: “I just stated a fact, if they have other ideas, they can try other options. And the reason why I do this…”
The stern young man pinched Xiangnu’s chin, “I’m just worried that you, a little half-blind, will jump off the train to go to silver holy city without hesitation, and for there is an accident in the middle, I will find someone else to test the water first.”
Xiangnu pouted softly and muttered, “It’s not like I’m going to run away. If you’re sure that you can get out of this dungeon by pa.s.sing through the silver light, don’t you want to leave too?”
Yu Su said lightly, “I didn’t say it.” I want to leave.
Xiangnu’s heart skipped a beat, and he changed the subject, “Speaking of which, if they can’t escape from the copy after jumping into the silver light, but instead die, what should we do?”
Yu Su laughed suddenly, his expression calm and not a little bit panicked, his eyes were like black mercury flas.h.i.+ng with an unknown l.u.s.tre, “Then there is nothing I can do, I only have this idea at the moment, and I haven’t found other similar clues to survive this dungeon.”
“If it really doesn’t work, let’s go after the terminal, there may be another turning point at that time.”
Xiangnu twitched the corners of his lips but did not speak.
The two returned to the No. 1 carriage, and the missionaries there were whispering together and looking solemn.
After seeing Yu Su and Xiangnu coming back, Li Yue quickly squeezed out of the crowd and shouted happily, “Brother Yu, Brother Xiang, you are back! It scared me to death, I was really worried that you would be caught by the flight attendants. “
Hearing that Li Yue addressed Xiangnu as brother again, Yu Su cast an unpleasant look at him.
After Yu Su and Xiangnu sat down, Chen Chengen walked over expectantly and said with a smile, Mr Yu, you are back.”
Yu Su clasped his fingers together, closed his eyes to rest and ignored him.
Chen Chengen was already used to it, still smiling, he said by himself, “Thanks to your reminder, Mr Yu, when the silver light appeared, we observed it carefully this time, and finally found out that under the silver light its true appearance.”
“It’s the central hall.” Chen Chengen sighed, “After we came out of the silver light, we should have guessed it, because the feeling after coming out of the silver light was exactly the same as the feeling we felt every time we entered the dungeon mission, the unique Feeling we got when we performed a s.p.a.ce jump, but no one thought of it but fortunately, Mr Yu, you reminded us…”
Chen Chengen messed around, Yu Su’s stern face started showing some impatience, Feng Hejia tugged Chen Chengen’s sleeve, pulled him away, and cut directly to the subject, “Mr Yu, were you in Car no.4?”
“No, but before coming back, I sat in the No. 4 carriage for some time.”
The eyes of the missionaries in the No. 1 carriage flickered slightly, and their eyes showed a little eagerness.
Xiangnu scratched his cheek with his little finger hooked, and said vaguely, “The taskers of No. 4 car also found about the central hall, and they have nothing to say about it for the time being… However, after entering the second station and seeing the end of No. 7 car, they should make a decision.”
The taskers were in a complicated mood. On the one hand, they felt a sense of sadness for the death of those taskers, and on the other hand, they were glad that their carriage was not drawn so early.
Some people thought so, and some people said it aloud.
Xiangnu twitched the corners of his lips and said indifferently, “It’s coming soon. We’ll be the next one to be checked.”
Everyone was stunned, Xiangnu tilted his head, and asked curiously, “Have you not figured out the rules for random inspections in the carriage?”
Everyone looked at each other and shook their heads.
Xiang Nu couldn’t help ‘looking’ at Yu Su, raised his chin a little awkwardly, and said happily, “It seems that I’m still very smart.”
A light flashed across Yu Su’s eyes, and he whispered, “Hmm…”
Xiangnu’s expression was a little uncomfortable, but he quickly returned to his original low-key and restrained appearance.
w.a.n.g Nan couldn’t help urging, “I say, can you two wait for a while and then look at each other, Xiangnu, don’t stop halfway through your words, what is the rule of spot checks on the carriages?”
Xiangnu smiled awkwardly, and hurriedly repeated the process of his speculation and told the tasker of No. 1 carriage.
w.a.n.g Nan couldn’t help muttering, “No wonder you were so casual about it before, you went to the bathroom for a while, but didn’t come back to the car for a while, so you already had a winning ticket.”
Xiangnu said lightly: “It’s just a coincidence.”
While speaking, the train shuttled out of the darkness again and came to a park with blue brick roads and barren gra.s.s and trees.
The train hadn’t stopped yet, and headed towards a two-person-high stone tablet in the park written with the deep reddish-brown seal script “Wanfeng Park”.
Feng Hejia suddenly said, “In our carriage, there are other missionaries who partic.i.p.ated in the dungeon of Wanfeng Park this time.”
Yu Su opened his dark black eyes, his eyes were dead cold, the corners of his lips curled slightly, and there was a little mockery and playfulness on his indifferent face, “It seems… the stations we stop at will all be missions we partic.i.p.ated in. So, why don’t we name all the missionaries we have partic.i.p.ated in and make an integration.”
Feng Hejia didn’t say a word, Yu Su said lightly, “Our carriage will be checked next, and we don’t have much time.”
w.a.n.g Nan rolled his eyes and glanced abruptly at Feng He Jia and Feng He Lulu who was huddled in the corner. He hesitated for a moment, and said, “Let’s talk about it…Feng Hejia, I remember you brought it with you a pen.”
Feng Hejia lifted his eyelids and glanced at him, and took out a pen and paper from the small bag she was carrying.
Yu Su coughed softly, “Xiangnu is a newcomer and has never partic.i.p.ated in a mission, so let’s start with me.”
“I have only partic.i.p.ated in three missions, the missions are Furnace Apartment, Wanfeng Park…”
The taskers in the No. 1 carriage all frowned, obviously thinking that Yu Su was lying, but before everyone could question it, everyone’s attention was attracted by Yu Su’s last task.
“…and, the st.i.tching beauty club.”
When Yu Su said this, he glanced at Feng Hejia lightly and nodded slightly at her.
Compared to the normal Feng Hejia, everyone else’s eyes fell on the crazy Feng He Lulu.
Yu Su didn’t think it was a big deal to watch the excitement, and added, “The tasker who left the No. 7 carriage before was not pushed down by the other people in their carriage, but opened the door and walked down by himself.”
The tip of Xiangnu’s ears moved, and he said at the right time, “Li Yue…”
Li Yue, who was named, glanced at him blankly, shuddered suddenly, and then seemed to remember something, and suddenly panicked: “Those monsters can really control us to get out of the car!”
Yu Su looked at Xiangnu and gave him a shallow smile, but unfortunately, Xiangnu couldn’t see it and did not respond to his rare smile without any bad feelings.
Li Yue’s exclamations and words cast a shadow on everyone’s hearts again. Chen Chengen glanced at Yu su before not saying anything, always feeling a little strange.
Yu Su was clearly doing good deeds, and told the missionaries about the life source and rules he discovered, but why did he always feel there is something strange about it. Why did Yu Su make him feel uneasy?
Everyone’s reason and mood didn’t seem to be softened by Yu Su’s help, instead, there was more panic and fear.
Chen Chengen’s mood was a little chaotic. Seeing that everyone’s attention was attracted by the fact that the monster could control the task person to get off the bus, Yu Su squeezed Xiangnu’s hand.
Xiangnu paused for a while, then pulled the topic back, “By the way, does the st.i.tching beauty club have anything to do with the surname Fenghe in your names, Feng hejia and Fenghe Lulu?”
