Chapter 746: Chapter 746: Looks like you haven’t been beaten enough, huh?
“Jian, why didn’t you let the teacher drive us back?” Jian Dan only stopped running when she was sure that Zhang Yang’s car was out of sight.
“Xiaoting, how can you be so clueless? Didn’t you see Mr. Wu in Mr. Zhang’s car?”
“Sowhat?”
“Xiaoting, you can be even more obtuse!” Jian Dan looked at Xiaoting with slightly meaningful eyes.
“You couldn’t mean that Mr. Zhang and Mr. Wu…they…” Xiaoting widened her eyes as she looked at Jian Dan.
“It’s so obvious, and you’re only realizing now!” Jian Dan really worried about Xiaoting’s emotional intelligence.
“I never even considered that possibility, okay!”
“Mr. Wu had that ‘spring fever’ look all over his face; he’s definitely interested in Mr. Zhang. Who knows, they might just…” Jian Dan touched her index fingers together to hint at the unsaid.
“That can’t be!”
Jian Dan simply shrugged-
“We better hurry and catch a taxi back, or our dorm will be locked.”
Xiaoting checked her phone, “It’s already this late; we need to move fast.”
The two prepared to hail a cab from the roadside…
Fate would have it; it’s a small world after all!
In an unlucky stroke of fate, they ran into those four pieces of trash.
“Yo, look who we have here?” The four men approached them.
“Yeah! b.u.mping into you here, I wonder if that’s good luck or bad luck?”
As they drew closer, a hint of mockery flashed through Jian Dan’s eyes, “It seems like you didn’t get enough of a beating!”
“Hahaha… We admit you’re tough, but did you think it would be just the four of us here?”
“And we’re outside the school now!” The four men laughed sleazily.
Behind them, a group approached, each person holding an iron rod in hand.
The look in Jian Dan’s eyes changed from coldness to murderous intent!
She had intended to let it go, considering they were still students, but since they were asking for it, she wouldn’t be to blame.
“Xiaoting, find a place to hide. I don’t want to splash blood on you.”
Xiaoting hid as Jian Dan told her, but she could still clearly see everything that was happening with Jian Dan.
Jian Dan unwrapped the waist chain she wore and wrapped it around her hand-
Jian Dan’s punches were already heavier than normal, and with the added weight of the chain, it was icing on the cake.
With one punch, a man’s teeth flew out, his cheek showing a b.l.o.o.d.y red mark before he hit the ground.
Seeing this, the rest charged at her all at once.
These weren’t like the students from earlier in the day; they might not have professional training but they had some experience in fighting, so they were much harder to deal with.
Although Jian Dan held her own, she didn’t gain any advantage and took several blows. If they had knives instead of iron rods, Jian Dan would have definitely been injured by now.
Yun, hiding in the shadows, was about to intervene…
Just as he was ready to move, he saw a tall figure swiftly move to Jian Dan’s side.
The blow had hit right on the arm that w.a.n.g had wounded in the morning, so now Jian Dan’s arm was covered in fresh blood.
She stumbled backward into someone’s arms…
She didn’t need to turn around to know it was the Uncle who had arrived.
The sight of the injuries on Jian Dan’s body enraged Chu Liyuan; the fresh crimson enflamed his eyes.
Lijie was about to act, but Chu Liyuan gestured to him, “I’ve got this!”
Lijie saw Mr. Chu’s eyes filled with murderous intent; he knew today’s outcome for these men would be grim.
Chu Liyuan swung into action, showing no mercy with each move…
In just under ten minutes, all of them lay on the ground, including those four pieces of trash.
And Chu Liyuan had disabled their legs.
Now they were squirming on the ground, howling like pigs, clutching their legs.
“Lijie, leave the rest to you…”
“Don’t worry, Mr. Chu!”
“Hmm.”
Chu Liyuan scooped Jian Dan into his arms and got into the car…
“Uncle, I still have a friend back there!”
“Lijie-”
“You can count on me, Mr. Chu. I’ll make sure she gets back to the dorm safely!”
“Drive…”
The car started slowly. Chu Liyuan gently unraveled the bandage on Jian Dan’s arm, his eyes narrowing upon seeing the wound underneath.
Jian Dan knew that the Uncle must be angry…
