The artist put down the brush dejectedly. Although he wanted to win the paG.o.da, he agreed that using a painting in exchange for a primal artifact was absurd. The very concept could only be seen in the major ghost market.

“I’ll draw for you, Senior.” Another immediately took his place, sharing the same sentiment as the crowd.

The man refused no one, only seeking joy in a drawing.

“Wait.” White-robed Greenman released his aura, causing those in front of him to stagger backward and turn pale.

The scene became quiet since people were reminded that they shouldn’t provoke him.

He took a deep breath and bowed at the merchant: “Drawing and art aren’t my forte, but I have something that may be of interest to you, Sir.”

Having said that, he opened a box and released distinctive and memorable ruby rays. Within was a worm around the size of a thumb. It had a golden-red color and segments connecting like golden runes. They contained the mysteries of the dao; each segment was a unique chapter. Once all connected, it could lead cultivators to the other sh.o.r.e.

“Bi’an Dao Worm!” Many recognized it and became startled.

“Bi’an Dao Gate’s defining treasure.” An expert from the last generation shuddered: “It disappeared after the gate’s destruction…”

He suddenly realized his folly and stopped after noticing White-robed Greenman’s gaze fixating on him.

This lineage was under the rule of Immortal Suppression. It had an ancient history and could be older than the dynasty. This worm was its legacy and when fully grown, it possessed incredible dao enlightenment potential.

However, the gate was destroyed overnight and the worm disappeared. The a.s.sailants were unknown. Now, the truth became obvious.

“What do you think about this worm? A way to reach the other sh.o.r.e.” White-robed Greenman spoke anxiously. This was his prized treasure but he had to keep it a secret due to its origin.

The man looked at the worm and only smiled.

“Don’t put this stolen treasure in the same sentence as Six-sense PaG.o.da, you’re only further humiliating yourself.” Someone said with disdain.

Everyone took a deep breath after hearing the public verbal slap. Sure enough, White-robed Greenman’s expression soured as he roared: “Who said that?!”

He turned around and saw a youth wearing an expensive and luminous robe. Its light paved a runic path behind him, blessed with the power of the six senses.

He looked around fifteen or so and gave everyone the impression of being a capable genius or the heaven’s favorite. His hidden aura was easily detectable.

As he took out a fan and waved it, it seemed he was holding the entire galaxy in his grasp.

White-robed Greenman staggered backward upon seeing him.

“Cat got your tongue?” The youth glared at him, giving off an imperious air.

“Final Desolate G.o.d!” White-robed Greenman was furious but didn’t dare to escalate.

“Final?” This t.i.tle struck the crowd like lightning.

“The strongest ancestor of Six-sense City.” One ancestor said.

Those who have never heard of him understood his significance and status after hearing this.

Six-sense City was the home of Six-sense Ancestor and contained numerous dao vestiges. It became a lineage later on, inheriting his legacies and techniques.

The youth’s appearance was deceiving. He might not be the oldest ancestor of Six-sense City but certainly close enough in age. Nevertheless, he still humbly contained his power and aura.

“There might not be a stronger desolate G.o.d in Sin.” A big shot whispered.

“Just Ancestor Kundali, perhaps.” Another responded.

Earlier, White-robed Greenman was arrogant since he could kill anyone in the crowd. Now, he didn’t dare to fart.

After all, Final was a desolate G.o.d at the sacred heavenreach stage. This was equivalent to emperors’ from truth to origination level.

White-robed Greenman only had eight sacred fruits, a mere weakling in comparison.

Final ignored him and approached the merchant. He bowed and said: “Senior, I do not have any treasure but since you are a lover of the arts, I just happen to have a painting that might be of interest.”

With that, he took out a case and said: “The artist is none other than Desolate Ancestor.”
