Xia Liang found that there was no sound from the nearest room. She tried to push it open but failed. “Push the door open! We can hide in there!” she shouted at the others.
Captain Sun and Dong Jun's eyes sparked as they saw a hope of survival.
Under the stimulation of survival instinct, they burst out a strong potential to kick the door open as they held each other.

The door really got opened!
Due to the inertia, Captain Sun and Dong Jun both fell down forward, whining due to the huge pain.

And at that time, Xia Min, Xia Liang and Captain Sun had placed the cabinet against the door. However, they could hear more and more zombies gathering to smash the door…

The cabinet was shaking so violently that Captain Sun couldn't even feel his hands.
Xia Liang strode to the window and brushed the curtain open. The dark room was immediately brightened as the noon suns.h.i.+ne shone in. It was too bright that the four of them had to close their eyes for a bit subconsciously.
“We can go from here!” Xia Liang opened the window and said excitedly.
They were on the first floor and the window was not too high. There was no guardrail, which gave them a chance to escape.
