Prologue

My name is Lin Feng and I’m 18 years old. I have no family member as they departed from this world. My mother died when I was born due to some delivery complications. This news struck my father really hard. He became alcoholic and a chain smoker. Which made his health worse. When I was twelve, my father got seriously sick, to the point he got admitted to hospital. From the diagnosis, it was discovered that my father is suffering from lungs cancer. After mother’s death, father stopped working and wasted his time, which made our financial condition worse. Even after knowing about cancer, my father boozed and smoked all day all night.

One day, when I came from school, I saw my father sleeping on the sofa. This scene made me happy because father rarely comes home.

But things like happiness? Never happen in Lin’s Life

Something was not right, father is home? But why? I was planning to ask him when he wakes up but on the second thought, I discarded that idea.

 When I was about to go into my room, I saw a piece of paper lying on the tea table. On a whim or curiosity, I read the content of the paper.

 The handwriting was shaky and barely readable. Take care? Even though the writing was odd, I knew it was his father’s. But Take care? I didn’t get anything about it for few minutes but suddenly a thought struck me like lightning.

 I turned around to see my father, only to see him lying on the sofa.

 I moved toward him, my eyes turning my vision blurry, I started crying. I knew father went for an eternal sleep, never to awake again. I cried and cried and cried. I was really sad and wanted to question myself, Why I’m so Unlucky? Just why?

 My Mother died when I was born and now, I lost my father too. I was barely Sixteen when my father died.

 After my father’s death, I had no hope or desire to live. My life became a blank page without any emotion. Sometimes I blamed myself for mother and father’s death. It was my bad luck that killed them.

 I became the cold-hearted person.  For past two years, I never talked to anyone. At school, many girls confessed to me, only to be rejected. Happiness was a luxury I couldn’t afford.

 My routine for past two years was simply going school, coming home, eating, reading manga or anime, eating and lastly sleeping.

 Thankfully, I didn’t have any money issues as I got the insurance money and I sold few kinds of stuff which were no use to me like care extra Ac’s, furniture.

 Every Sunday was the day I used to refill my stock of food and other necessary items. Just like any sunday, I went to the nearest convenient store.

 Taking a basket I roamed around the store and collected the required items. When I was about to go to the counter to check out, I heard a gunshot.

 What I saw was the cas.h.i.+er struggling with another man who had a gun. The gun was pointed towards me when it was shot. The bullet went straight through my skull and exiting from the back of my head. It was too much for me to take in. The pain? Sorrow? Will I die just like that? I knew I would die someday but to think it was today? I guess it’s my destiny?

 My vision got blurry and ……. It was at that moment I knew I fuc*ed up!

The darkish and hazy Sky was covering the Hazelrink forest. This majestic and mysterious forest is said to be more than a million year old.

 According to the ancient books, it was the kingdom of the powerful beast and demon lords.  These existence were the true overlords who ruled the world. Some books mentioned that the legendary dragons exist in the deeper region of forest. They were said to be an existence even greater than G.o.ds.

In front of a dragon, human were just like ants which can be smashed anytime or anywhere.

Somewhere around the inner region of Hazelrink forest, a conversation full of tension was going on.

 “He is dead?” *Deep Voice*

 “ Yes ”.  Said a feminine voice while sobbing.

 “You are nothing more than a jinx who brings calamity. First my father and now you even killed your unborn child. Say, what should I do with you?  ” *Deep voice*

 “.....“ No answer.

 “There is only one way to end this calamity and that is by killing you !” * Deep Voice*

 “It’s not my fault but you want to kill me? That’s something I can’t let it happen. I will see how you can kill me. Don’t forget about my strength”

 “You d.a.m.n jinx, I'll kill you today even it cost my life. Marrying you was the greatest sin i did in my life. By killing you, I can repent and face my ancestors. Face me you, d.a.m.n jinx.”

*Roar* Just like this one.

 After the voice faded, two colossus body collided with each other while exchanging blows. The scene was quite terrifying. The earth was shaking due to the ma.s.sive display of strength. It was truly a scene to admire for far far far away.

 While everything was happening on the surface, below the surface was a huge cave with multiple channels. Although it was a cave, it was not dark. It was lit with the help of weird looking crystals.

 Midst the chaos and destruction, an oval-shaped egg was placed on a stone platform.

“Where am I?”

 “What’s is this sound?”

 “Am I saved? In a hospital?”

 Lin Feng suddenly regained his consciousness, only to be more confused.

 “Wait, wait, why am I surrounded by fluid? And why I’m not breathing?”

“Clam down, I went to the store….got a headshot….then died….died? Then how come I’m alive?”

 Suddenly an idea came in Lin Feng's mind?

 “Have my soul crossed dimension and took place of a baby In mother’s womb? Normal cliche? That would explain my current situation but...but...it feels more like an egg? Am I  a not human offspring? Then could I be a monster something?”

 Lin Feng mid was totally messed up. When he thinking about his new ident.i.ty, a sudden burst of memory a.s.saulted his brain. Although it was painful, it was worth. After the surge stopped, he organized the memory and extracted the useful information,

 He got a basic idea about the situation. He was currently a dragon egg. The chaos out is the result of his parents fighting. The reason why they are fighting.

 After knowing all this, Lin was having mixed feeling about it. For starters, he is alive but no longer human. Not being a human was weird but from another perspective, he was an existence far greater than a human.

 As he was thinking, he realized the outside disturbance was gone.

 Above the ground, two humongous bodies were laying flat on the ground.

 There was a huge hole near the heart region of the male body. It was still warm but the life force was evading very quickly. Just waiting for the ultimate fate of a life cycle, Death.

 While the female dragon had a watermelon-sized thing in her hand probably a core. With some heaving injuries but alive.

 One dead, one alive.

 After some time, the female dragon incinerated the corpse leaving golden and blackish ash.

 For some reason, the female dragon wanted to see her baby’s eggs for one last time, maybe mother’s love?

 One last time, she went into the cave. The moment she went in, she was shocked. She sensed was the weak life force emanating from her baby’s egg which was declared dead. Moving her majestic, she landed near the egg to confirm it. Alive, it’s alive.

 Blood red tears started flowing from her eyes. She yelled while looking at the sky.

 “I”M NOT JINX, YOU SEE? OUR SON IS ALIVE!”

 When she calmed a bit, she sighed and said.

“Even though my baby is alive, life force is extremely weak. It won’t survive till it hatches. If I place his father core near it… it will be helpful. Maybe he will live.Listen, son, you have to absorb the energy emanating from the core and supply it to your life force.

 If you live somehow, I will find you someday but right now, mother has to go. I have killed your father and now his family will hunt me down. I know I’m a bad example as a mother but the situation made me do it. Take care son.”

After placing the core besides the egg, she moved her wing and exited the cave.

 Lin could sense and hear the scene which went outside. It made him remember his father’s last note and he taught “Is this motherly love?”

He didn’t know if he could make it into the world yet. Just as his current mother said, he tried to sense the so-called “energy”. Maybe in his dragon blood, he was able to sense it in his first try. He started to absorb the energy nonstop.

 Lin only had to action I,e absorbing and sleeping.

 From day onward, Lin Feng started to absorb the energy from the core………..

 After 10 Years, My body started taking its form…...

After 100 Years, apparently, I have 7 heads……......

 After 500 Years, My body color is black and red….

 After 1000 Years, I can move my body ……………..

 After 2000 Years, Fire! Some kind of fire started burning inside me……..

 After 3000 Years, I can fully control my moments….

After 4000 Years, I absorbed the liquid stuff inside the egg …..

Finally, when  4200 Years pa.s.sed, I heard a voice “Accept You inheritance”

The so-called inheritance was nothing but information about the various things like pill making, weapon making, talisman making and so on………

 I was excited about the new information.

 Lin never imagined about fantasy becoming reality. It was something he always desired when he read the WW novels.

 The information which caught my attention was the information about the dragon to human transition. It had one condition must be 3000 years old after hatching. It is the time dragons enter the adulthood. Dragon to human transition is not hard. It was just a matter of time.

 According to the Inheritance memory, Number of head I have will be the number of human forms will be formed after the transition. That means an adult dragon with two head will create two human form or seven forms in my case?.

 One more point, only one body can be active at a time while other bodies will be in a dormant state. Regarding the cultivation distribution after the transition, it will be distributed equally to each part or total cultivation to one of the form. When total cultivation is transferred to a single human body, it will simply explode. One liter bottle can’t hold two liters.

 After the inheritance was over,  the eggsh.e.l.l hatched. I opened my eyes, only to see the dark cave. My size was around the size of a lion from my previous life.

 I have seven heads, so my mind is divided into seven parts. It was awkward and confusing.

 According to his memory, the pile of material at the corner of the cave are treasures and resources which his father and mother collected by killing the humans who entered the inner region.

 Suddenly, he though on an item. It was a Storage ring.

 As a WW novel reader, this item was more iconic. He never imagined stuff like this happening to him.

 Lin moved his apparently small body and started searching for his dream item. After searching for quite a while, he got 20 so rings. Among those ring, one was most eye-catching.

Although the ring was small. It was decorated with tiny runes. When he checked his memory

To know about this ring’s specialty, he was delighted. It was a highly uncommon and rare Live s.p.a.ce type ring.

 Storage rings are of two type’s which are live and non-live one. The only difference is the type of thing that can be stored. As the name suggests, live ones can store living while the later can’t.

He quickly learned to use it and stored the huge pile of treasure and other kinds of stuff. Then he kept the ring where his egg was once, on the “ Stone platform”.

 As the minor issues were over, time for major ones

 I have to pa.s.s more  3000 years. Best way to do it would be to eat and sleep. Sleep as much as possible.

The first thing he felt was hunger. Nothing there to eat, he took out all the eatable pieces of stuff for the storage ring and started eating. The amount of stuff Lin ate was enough to make a tiny Peak but it was not even sufficient to fulfill Lin hunger.

 The only thing left was his father core.No choice to left, he swallowed it to

 Lin went near the stone platform and laid down. The core was placed to his adjacent side.

 He again went for a long sleep.

 The season came and went by. Year after year, decade after decade, century after century. Lin was sleeping and waiting to awaken again.

 Finally, after 4400 years, Lin finally woke up.

The first line after Lin woke up was.

“Wtf! I’m so huge. Is it because of the core? ”

 If Lin body was as big as a lion before the sleep,  now it was a size of an adult elephant.

 Lin’s dragon body was huge, something really big. Seven heads, large wingspan, high scale density. Truly majestic. Ignoring

Ignoring his size, he focused on the main point.

 “So I’m 8600 years old now, that means I can transform into human”

 Time for transition preparations……….

 One month later……..

 Near the stone platform, 7 humans were standing. All seven had same face and body. Not a single difference. appearance and size of a 20 years old human.

 The facial details were same as the face of his previous life with some changes like the long hair instead of short hair, red & black shade of hair color instead of plain black hair and with a fierce expression

“It’s done”

One of the body spoke while other were standing like statues. The first half of the transition was over and was perfectly done. No error at all.

 At one corner of the cave was a dead body of a dragon. After the transition, the original body cultivation and life force were distributed equally among the seven forms, leaving nothing but a dead body.

 The second last instruction of transition was to make all the human forms to devour the previous body. Lin switched between his seven bodies and made them finish the corpse.  Not even single bone was left. Surprisingly, the huge body was gone.

 And for the last step, it was a cultivation technique only for the dragons who made the transition. Its name was [Draman Cultivation technique ]. The current form of lin was not human, it was "Draman". It was the only way to become stronger from the current state. Human technique were useless.

“Guess it’s time to leave.” Lin thought.

Lin Feng was standing at cave exit while the other 6 were cultivating the [Draman Cultivation technique ]. Inside the cave near the stone platform forming a circle. They were like six statues sitting there.

 After seeing the cave for one last time Lin Feng headed toward the nearest human settlement. Let’s see, what should I master first? Pill making? Cooking? Weapon?.........Let’s be master of all kinds of stuffs.

“It would be better if I can be a cook first. It will help me in my adventure.” Lin choose cooking because of one main reason. There was no information regarding cooking in his Inheritance.

 Let’s be a Master Chef of this worlds first.
