Seeing the light dot entering his body, Su Chen felt a tinge of warmth flowing in. The feeling was very mild, to the point that Su Chen was wondering if it was his misperception.

Along with the warm flow, Su Chen’s arm began to move slightly.

He could raise his arm.

Su Chen’s eyes released a sharp glint.

It’s really Origin Energy?

If it were true, then how could he see Origin Energy?

Su Chen was confused.

And then he remembered the weird incident that happened to his eyes when he was caught by Body Stopping and Soul Rending.

Can it be that his eyes underwent another evolution after that mental attack?

Is it because they absorbed the energy from the mental attacks? Or because they experience some sort of stimulation?

Su Chen didn’t know and could only slowly find out in the future.

The Origin Energies were obviously unable to last long in the atmosphere and were constantly dispersing since the beginning.

Seeing this scene, Su Chen suddenly realized that this must be because Origin Energy does not exist in this form in the first place.

They were condensed by their users over long periods of training, each light dot might looked simple but in actually fact, it was refined from countless days of effort by its user, a true condensed state of Origin Energy.

When it’s user dies, its Origin Energy would also lose its bindings and leave the user’s body, the condensed Origin Energy would have also lost its bond and disperse, returning to its original state.

The process where the white dots disappeared was actually the process of changing from a condensed state to a dispersed state.

Su Chen’s eyes were unable to see the real state that the Origin Energy was returning into but he could at least see its condensed state.

He lifted his hand and touched another light dot in the air, using all his effort to circulate his absorption technique.

The light dot was like a small water droplet, it rolled on Su Chen’s skin and struggled, appearing as if it was unwilling to be absorbed by Su Chen. However, with Su Chen’s insistence as well as its bond weakening, it eventually meld into Su Chen’s flesh.

The mild yet familiar feeling reappeared.

At that, Su Chen recovered a bit of his strength once more.

Su Chen screamed in his heart, absorbing this single light dot, felt equivalent to the amount of energy he would obtain after cultivating a few days.

But exactly how many days?

Su Chen did not know but he could not be bothered, what’s important was to not lose this opportunity!

The Origin Energy of the Jade Eye Fury Ape disappeared very quickly and was depleted after a short while. Su Chen in the end was only able to absorb eight Origin Energy Dots.

In other words, these eight energy dots after being absorbed and used by him, had distinctively strengthened Su Chen’s body.

After Su Chen came up with an a.n.a.lysis, he could feel that he had improved by about one white star worth of power.

“This is great!” Su Chen shouted excitedly.

By killing one Fiend Beast, he could improve one white star worth of power, this was basically killing monsters and earning experience, what could be better than this?

An unprecedented excitement filled Su Chen’s heart, for the first time, Su Chen was br.i.m.m.i.n.g with confidence and antic.i.p.ation for his future.

He did not lose himself in the joy of his discovery but continued to stay cautious while hunting in the forest instead. Su Chen was very clear, he might currently possess an unlimited potential but potential is still simply just a potential, he was still as weak as a chick now.

A weak chick that was relying on four Origin Armaments to survive in the outermost region of the Deep Red Mountain Range.

Any carelessness and he would end up ruining his future forever.

Therefore, Su Chen continued to act prudently.

On the fifty-ninth day, Su Chen encounter a Great Fanged Bear.

Maybe it was because his strength had improved or maybe he had experience fighting a great bear, anyhow, Su Chen was able to win this battle with less effort than before.

After killing the great bear, Su Chen once again saw the light dots.

As he was prepared this time, Su Chen manage to absorb eleven light dots, three more than last time, while the rest dispersed and disappeared.

Su Chen knew that this was the fastest speed he could currently achieve for now.

He noticed that the number of light dots released by the Great Fanged Bear after death was about one thousand. If every ten energy dots were estimated to be equivalent to one white star, then the bear’s cultivation would be equivalent to one hundred white stars which matched the standard strength of a common Low Grade Fiend Beast

And the amount he could absorb was about one percent.

Killing a Fiend Beast could allow him to obtain one percent of the target’s cultivation, what could be better than this?

Maybe the heavens was looking after him? Su Chen managed to encounter three relatively weak Fiend Beasts over the next few days, allowing him to defeat them easily.

As he absorbed the last bit of light dots, Su Chen felt that he had entered a peculiar condition, as though his body had eaten its fill and was unable to absorb further, not allowing him to improve.

Su Chen knew, that this meant that he had reached the peak of the Forged Body Stage, entering a bottleneck state.

In this state, no matter who much effort he makes or energy he tries to absorb, There would be no further improvement unless he could break through this bottleneck.

And enter the Energy Guiding Realm!

“Phew! I have finally reached this step.” Su Chen released a breath.

Initially, he thought he could only reach peak of Forged Body stage when his Deep Red Discipline was about to end, however, the unexpected discovery of Origin Energy Light Dots have greatly sped up the process, allowing him to reach this step a month in advance*.

The requirements for breaking into Energy Guiding were the lowest, it was also the only realm that humans could break through without borrowing the power of bloodlines, in fact, there was over a few thousand methods available for a person to use to create their inner sea.

Due to the rather low rate of difficulty, Su Chen did not plan to return home to break through, he had decided to enter the Energy Guiding Realm within Deep Red Mountain Range instead.
