Acknowledgments.

The greatest gift of my life has been the self-confidence instilled by so many who have believed in me. There are many more than I can list here, but I've done my best to name a few.

Family first: My parents, who told me I was great long before there was any legitimate reason to do so. My dad, Steve, who taught me what it was to take risks and never stop trying, and my mum, Pauline, the master of empathy and sensitivity.
