Chapter 1063 We Can Have Another Child
Lu Boyan led Su Jian’an downstairs.
Su Jian’an had to admit that what Lu Boyan did was… indeed different from what she had imagined.
“However, where was Lu Boyan going to take her to?”
Before Su Jian’an could ask, Lu Boyan had already taken her to the garden outside.
The garden did not have any sound insulation and they could hear the sound of fireworks and firecrackers and had a bird’s eye view of the fireworks.
Su Jian’an looked up at the fireworks blooming one after another.
She did not really like fireworks, but the fleeting beauty brought back the best memories of her childhood.
Su Jian’an remembered very clearly that the atmosphere of the Spring Festival was much more vibrant when she was still young.
With the approach of the Spring Festival each year, her mother would take her and Su Yicheng out and let them enjoy themselves by choosing their favorite fireworks in the store.
On the night of New Year’s Eve, their mother would come out of the house and accompany them to set off fireworks. Or, they would see the fireworks set off by others and personally soak up the atmosphere of the New Year.
It was also for this reason that in Su Jian’an’s memory, fireworks were synonymous with beauty.
Unfortunately, this kind of beauty lasted for a very short time, just like their mother’s time with her and Su Yicheng. Before she and Su Yicheng grew up, their mother had left the world and therefore missed many beautiful scenes.
After losing their mother, Su Yicheng continued his studies abroad, while Su Jian’an stayed alone in the Su family and lived with Su Hongyuan.
Every year, Su Yicheng would fly home and spend the Spring Festival with Su Jian’an.
However, since the year they lost their mother, they reached a tacit agreement. They no longer bought or let off fireworks.
After so many years, whenever she saw fireworks, Su Jian’an would think of her childhood days, as well as those gorgeous and beautiful moments in her life.
After watching the fireworks for a while, Su Jian’an turned her head and looked at Lu Boyan. She asked in confusion, “Why did you take me out here?”
Lu Boyan pointed to the ground and motioned for Su Jian’an to take a look.
Su Jian’an looked in the direction that Lu Boyan pointed, and saw a few boxes piled up, which had pictures of fireworks painted on the boxes.
It was very evident that these were several boxes of fireworks.
Su Jian’an was stunned and stared at Lu Boyan in disbelief, asking, “Did you ask someone to send them here?”
“Uh-huh.” Lu Boyan deliberately asked, “Do you want to set them off?”
Su Jian’an felt a surge of excitement gus.h.i.+ng from her, as if a switch in her heart had been flipped.
She stood on tiptoe and kissed Lu Boyan’s lips hard. “Thank you.”
Lu Boyan opened a box and lit one up. After a while, with a “swoosh” sound, one firework rose into the sky.
Su Jian’an fixed her eyes on the fireworks. Before she could react, with a bang, gorgeous fireworks bloomed in the air and only dimmed after a long while.
She suddenly became excited and clutched Lu Boyan’s sleeve like an excited child.
Lu Boyan smiled faintly and held Su Jian’an in his arms, indicating for her to continue watching the fireworks. “There’s more.”
Sure enough, there were still big fireworks, which painted beautiful fascinating pictures in the sky! They blossomed in the air one after another like flowers, looking extremely brilliant and dazzling.
Su Jian’an was keenly aware that this kind of firework lasted longer than other fireworks.
She looked up at the sky, nestled in Lu Boyan’s arms, and asked, “How did you know that I like fireworks?”
“I saw the look in your eyes just now.” After a pause, Lu Boyan continued, “This firework is the longest-lasting type in the market. Do you like it?”
“No matter how long it can last, I like it as long as you set it off!” Su Jian’an’s tone was almost overbearing. When she turned her head, the light of the fireworks was reflected on her face and the smile on her lips became brighter. She said gently, “Honey, thank you.”
Lu Boyan stroked her hair and motioned for her to continue watching the fireworks.
The fireworks were still blooming in the sky, but Su Jian’an did not get tired of watching them at all, with a faint smile always on her lips.
Lu Boyan was not interested in fireworks, but he liked what Su Jian’an looked like now.
Su Jian’an’s eyes were fixed on the fireworks.
His eyes were fixed on Su Jian’an. His look softened and his eyes were full of tenderness and affection.
At this moment, they both saw the most beautiful scenery in the world.
A box of fireworks was quickly used up. The noise died down, while the sound of fireworks could still be heard a distance away.
However, Su Jian’an felt that her whole world seemed to have quietened down.
She was still not satisfied. She left Lu Boyan’s arms and pulled him, saying, “Are there any more? Set off more!”
Lu Boyan opened another box and lit them. Soon, some new fireworks bloomed in the air.
Su Jian’an felt as if she had returned to her childhood days, when everything was beautiful and warm and she had no worries in her life.
However, if it weren’t for Lu Boyan, she would be spending the Spring Festival alone this year, and she would still not dare to touch the fireworks in her memory.
Su Jian’an turned her head and looked into Lu Boyan’s affectionate eyes.
She was already very familiar with the feeling when Lu Boyan looked at her in this way, but every time she looked into his eyes, it felt as if her heart had been flipped, and suddenly, her heartbeat accelerated.
She seemed to be bewitched and could not look away. She could only look at Lu Boyan dazedly.
Lu Boyan slowly focused his eyes on Su Jian’an’s lips. Seeming to lose his self-control, he put his hands around her waist and held her in his arms.
“Honey…”
Su Jian’an called Lu Boyan almost subconsciously.
Maybe it was because of the sound of fireworks, Su Jian’an’s voice sounded particularly tender and light, like a soft vine slowly twining around his heart.
Lu Boyan’s heart skipped a beat. He lowered his head and kissed Su Jian’an’s lips.
“Uhh…”
Su Jian’an did not resist at all. She clutched Lu Boyan’s clothes with both hands, hugged him slowly, leaned against his chest, and responded to his kiss.
Even though they had been married for two years, Lu Boyan was still ecstatic about Su Jian’an’s response.
Lu Boyan held Su Jian’an in a tighter grip. The two kissed pa.s.sionately.
The fireworks, which were still blossoming, lighted up the skies and outlined their beautiful profiles.
Tang Yulan stood by the window on the second floor and happened to see Lu Boyan and Su Jian’an having an intimate moment. She smiled and turned around to do her own things.
Tang Yulan was greatly relieved.
Tang Yulan had been in love, so she knew what people in love looked like.
When Lu Boyan and Su Jian’an were together, it was so evident that they were in love.
When a couple got married and lived together, they should be so happy.
She made the right choice when she asked Lu Boyan to marry Su Jian’an.
Downstairs, Lu Boyan and Su Jian’an did not notice Tang Yulan’s gaze at all. After exchanging kisses for a long time, they finally parted. They intimately leaned their foreheads against each other and the deep affection between them almost overflowed.
At some point, the sound of fireworks stopped.
A certain impulsive desire in Lu Boyan’s heart grew stronger and stronger. He took Su Jian’an’s hand and said, “Let’s go back.”
Of course, he was talking about going back to their room.
Lu Boyan could not wait any longer. As soon as he closed the door, he directly pressed Su Jian’an against the door and kissed her lips.
His hands were also busy, constantly moving all over Su Jian’an’s body. After a while, more than half of Su Jian’an’s strength had been drained.
The same happened to her clothes.
In Lu Boyan’s eyes, Su Jian’an was a work of art from head to toe. Even her collarbones fascinated him.
Su Jian’an’s collarbones were a sight to behold, like a b.u.t.terfly fluttering its wings, elegant and exquisite.
Something in Lu Boyan’s heart was screaming, about to break through his body. He did not care about anything anymore. He kissed Su Jian’an’s collarbones, and from time to time, he left small red marks.
Su Jian’an responded to Lu Boyan. After a while, she melted against Lu Boyan’s arms.
After a long while, Su Jian’an suddenly remembered something and gave Lu Boyan a slight push. “Wait a minute. There is one more thing…”
Lu Boyan kissed Su Jian’an and looked at her affectionately. “What is more important than what we are doing now?”
Su Jian’an stammered, “Mom…”
Lu Boyan kissed the side of Su Jian’an’s ear and whispered in her ear, “Be good. Don’t worry. Mom’s room is on the other end of the corridor.”
Su Jian’an was not afraid of being discovered by Tang Yulan!
She felt as if something had exploded on her cheeks with a “bang” sound and she blushed. She raised her hand and pounded on Lu Boyan’s chest. “I’m not talking about that!”
“Hmm?” Lu Boyan became interested and motioned for Su Jian’an to continue. “What are you talking about?”
“About having another child.” Su Jian’an managed to say a complete sentence and looked at Lu Boyan with some uncertainty. “You told Mom so bluntly that we don’t intend to have another child, will she be disappointed?”
Lu Boyan pondered for a moment and nodded seriously. “Of course.”
Su Jian’an’s heart was instantly eroded by guilt, and she looked at Lu Boyan, feeling quite lost. “What should we do?”
Tang Yulan treated her like her own daughter. She did not want to let Tang Yulan down.
Lu Boyan did not answer but asked, “What do you think we should do?”
Su Jian’an shook her head dazedly. “I don’t know.” Then she pushed Lu Boyan away again and looked at him with some annoyance. “Shouldn’t you think of a way?”
Lu Boyan raised his eyebrows and pretended to be mysterious. “I have a way. Do you want to know?”
“Yes!” Su Jian’an nodded, with a look of great curiosity in her eyes. “Tell me, what’s your way?”
Lu Boyan smiled and said clearly, “We can have another child… right now.”
Su Jian’an thought that Lu Boyan’s way was the best solution when Tang Yulan hoped that they could have another child.
