Let’s provide a further explanation before anything.

The course on [Aristocratic Measures] are held twice a month. The instructor would be an adventurer of B-rank or higher. Additionally, a guild staff would also be attached as a supervisor.

As for why; though the guild staff are more knowledgeable in the subject, an [adventurer], whether they are still active or already retired, is better suited to the role of a teacher as they have first hand experience of negotiating with a [n.o.ble].
