Chapter 74.2
Chapter 74 Part 2
The bright red blood stained through his white s.h.i.+rt. Su Yu didn’t let the blood stain his own clothing, because he was already standing several meters away.
“How you managed to disguise yourself so well that no one could feel your aura at all, I am very curious.” Su Yu waved his sleeves. Because he used his energy to reenforce his hands, he hadn’t gotten hurt at all.
Luo Shang, on the other hand, had struck first but was hurt by his own sword. Right now he gripped his wound and stared at Su Yu, his tone thick with bitterness. “Demon Elder, what are you talking about? I’ve never even seen the Devilish Elder’s face in my life. You’ve scorned me like this and not wounded me. I have to wonder what your purpose is for appearing here?”
Luo Shang didn’t give Su Yu any time to react, running outside of the bamboo forest and crying out for help.
Standing where he was, Su Yu didn’t stop him or chase after him, instead laughing after a moment. Should he call this man an idiot or stupid?
Trying to frame him with this kind of method was incredibly stupid, almost comparable to his lover who had basically no intelligence.
Luo Shang’s cries for help summoned several other disciples from the Qi Tian sect. After figuring out the situation, they didn’t loiter around, leaving two people to guard the bamboo forest while the rest of them went to Bo Yunzi.
Right now Bo Yunzi was forcing Ling Tian to play a game of chess with him, even though Ling Tian was eager to find his lover. Under these circ.u.mstances, Ling Tian would of course never spare him, and he was currently beating him into a corner.
Bo Yunzi was embarra.s.sed but also unwilling to let his eldest disciple just walk out, so he pretended to be pondering over the board. Just as he was considering, Luo Shang and a few other disciples walked in.
The moment Luo Shang walked into the hall, he knelt with his hand over his wound. “Please, sir, help me.”
Bo Yunzi set down his chess pieces, already in a bad mood. Seeing the new disciple with his clothing gashed open and his shoulder bleeding, he said in a low voice, “Aren’t you the new disciple? What’s happened?”
Because he had been bleeding for a while, Luo Shang’s face looked rather white. “To report what happened, I was practicing my swordplay in the bamboo forest and encountered the Demon Elder. When he saw me, he immediately started accusing me of having relations with demon cultivation world. When I denied this, he fought and injured me. I just managed to escape. Please, help me!”
Bo Yunzi seemed serious on the surface, but his eyes were filled with schadenfreude. Serves you right for seducing my eldest disciple, look what kind of trouble you’ve gotten into!
Ling Tian was already frowning at Luo Shang. This man deserved to die for falsely tainting Yu’s name!
Bo Yunzi had just glanced at Ling Tian with a slightly schadenfreude look, only to receive a death glare in response. He glanced away awkwardly, coughing. “So where is the Demon Elder now?”
“He should still be in the bamboo forest. I’ve asked two other disciples to go and guard the area,” Luo Shang said.
Whatever the situation was would remain unclear until they could get both parties present. Then and there Bo Yunzi ordered the bamboo forest to be searched. In the end, the news they received was that the bamboo forest had been searched and no one had been found there.
Luo Shang’s expression s.h.i.+fted. “It’s been a while since the incident, perhaps the Demon Elder has left already.”
“But the two of us have been standing outside the whole time and never saw anyone leave.” The disciple’s face looked quite hurt, almost like he had been lied to.
Luo Shang didn’t estimate that Su Yu would disappear instead of chasing after him, lowering his head to explain. “I don’t know where the Demon Elder has gone, but I swear he was there earlier. I swear I’m not lying.”
“Go to Ling Tian’s dwelling, see if Su Yu is there or not.” Bo Yunzi had just given the order when none other than Su Yu strolled leisurely into the hall.
“Are you looking for me?” Su Yu walked in, his white garments fluttering, his expression completely calm.
Seeing Su Yu suddenly appear, everyone had a weird look on their face. Ling Tian was the one to recover first. Standing up, he walked over and took Su Yu’s hand. “Yu, are you here to see me?”
“It’s been a long time since you were back. If I didn’t come for you, you might’ve forgotten to go back.” Su Yu glanced at Ling Tian. Since his lover had found an excuse for him, he would of course accept.
Luo Shang was already sensing something wrong. His body swaying, he almost fell to the ground while the people standing around him hurriedly reached out to support him. This drew the eyes of everyone in the room. Luo Shang took the opportunity, “Demon Elder, please spare me, I really have nothing to do with the demon cultivation world!”
Su Yu looked at him with a blank face, slowly opening his mouth. “I don’t know who this man is, saying something like that. I’m quite confused, honestly.”
