When Mrs. Su pushed Han Yueyao into the room, Su Yu was lying in bed watching TV.
Hearing the sounds, he turned his head and saw Han Yueyao in her hospital gown.
Without make-up, she was still pretty, even though her face was pale due to her wound.
“Yu, look who’s here.” Mrs. Su had always wanted to bring them together. After she knew that Su Yu got wounded because he tried to protect Han Yueyao in the car crash, she wasn’t displeased. Instead, she thought the young girl must be unusual if her son tried to protect her.
When Su Yu glanced at her, Han Yueyao pursed her lips and felt a bit shy.

“Are you paralyzed? Why are you in a wheelchair?”
Seeing Han Yueyao come in sitting in the wheelchair, Su Yu’s heart sank.

“What are you talking about? Yao has a wound in her leg. Mian got her a wheelchair so she can move around.” Mrs. Su gave her son a dirty look.
