Shen Zhilie was still at the hospital. He had just packed up and was getting ready to leave when he received Shen Luo’an’s call.

Luo’an had just picked his car keys off the table when he saw Shen Zhilie answering the phone. He whistled and asked, “Do you have a date with a special lady?”

It’s my brother. Shen Zhilie answered the call as he picked his backpack up. “h.e.l.lo?”

“Xiao Lie, are you very close friends with Ye Qianqian?” Shen Luo’an asked.

Shen Zhilie was surprised to hear her name coming out from Shen Luo’an’s lips. He replied as he walked, “What’s wrong? How do you know Ye Qianqian?”

“I have something that I need to see her about,” Shen Luo’an said. “Do you know where she lives? Could you give me her address?”

Shen Zhilie felt uneasy. He has something he needed to see Ye Qianqian about? Why does it sound so suspicious? Ye Qianqian hates Shen Luo’an very much. Is Shen Luo’an out to make trouble for Ye Qianqian because of that?

He remained silent for a moment before replying, “I’m on pretty good terms with Ye Qianqian, but she’s always moving houses. I’m not certain where she’s currently staying. Last I knew, she was staying at Jinlong Hill. Why don’t you check it out? Building 1, Apartment 305. You could give it a try there.”

Jinlong Hill? Shen Luo’an looked up at the estate’s entrance. The words “1, w.a.n.gjiang” stared back at him. Is Ye Qianqian not living with Ye Youyou?

He creased his brows together in a frown and nodded his head. “Alright. Thanks.”

“Brother, why are you looking for her?” Shen Zhilie asked.

“It’s nothing,” Shen Luo’an said. “I’ll let you get back to your business.”

“Oh, right! Our hospital received a very special patient recently. Can you guess who it is?” Shen Zhilie walked out beside Luo Ran. He had reached the entrance of the elevator when he said, “I had wanted to call you to tell you, but I forgot.”

When Shen Luo’an heard that, he had some inkling as to whom it could be. He still asked, “Who is it?”

“Guan Queye.” Shen Zhilie stepped into the elevator. The signal became a little fuzzy.

Shen Luo’an heard static coming from his phone. He couldn’t hear Shen Zhilie clearly. All he could hear was the word “Guan.” He jerked back in shock. “Who? Repeat yourself!” he shouted.

Shen Zhilie bit his tongue silently. Why is Shen Luo’an so worked up?

“Guan Queye,” he said. “It’s your good friend who grew up with you and Sister-in-law. It’s Sister-in-law’s sister, Guan Queye.”

Guan Queye… It is really her!

“She’s at your hospital now?” Shen Luo’an felt his heart ache for her.

The hospital that Shen Luo’an worked in was a psychiatric hospital.

“Huh? Aren’t you in Kingstown? Are you coming back tomorrow?” Shen Zhilie asked.

“Yes,” Shen Luo’an replied.

“OK.” Shen Zhilie stopped his steps. “I’ll make the appointment. What time will you be coming tomorrow?”

“Make it in the afternoon at 2 p.m.,” Shen Luo’an said.

“Will you be alone?” Shen Zhilie had to turn back to where he had come from.

Shen Luo’an thought about it for a moment and replied, “With Ye Youyou.”
