Qian Lin looked forward to the big meal. She lay on the bed and smiled as she thought about how to tidy up things with Teacher Shao, and then fell asleep.

When the mobile phone rang early the next morning, being the weekend, Qian Lin grabbed the phone with annoyance and decisively enabled the silent mode. It was so rare that she did not have to go to cram school this weekend and no one could stop her from sleeping!

Qian Lin continued to sleep. After a while, her mobile phone rang again, and the voice at the other end of the phone made her sleepiness disappear at once.

"Xiaoyue, how could I ever not answer your phone call? I just didn't know that it was you who called me! Well, I will now get up and meet you."

Qian Lin hung up the phone and quickly got out of bed to wash. Then she deliberately picked a set of clothes in more neutral colors in sports and casual wear.

Since that teacher said that the relations.h.i.+p between me and Teng Yue was not normal, I am going to pretend a gay person in front of him today. Go crazy, teacher!

After everything was ready, Qian Lin carried her small sports bag as she went out of her room. When she pa.s.sed the hall, she looked at it and found that Lin Ziqi was not there. Then she opened the door vigorously and went out.

As Qian Lin stood in front of the bus stop, she took out her mobile phone and looked at the time. Seeing that the road did not have any bus coming, she decided to walk past the restaurant. Anyway, as long as she arrived there before noon, she didn't have to get there too early. She decided to leave some time for Teng Yue and the teacher.

Qian Lin just did not like Teacher Shao and she had made up her mind that she would let the little teacher have a rough day!

Walking slowing along the street, Qian Lin reached the street in the Sakura Academy living area at just eleven-thirty a.m. Qian Lin was far enough away to see that Teng Yue stood at the intersection and walked over to every bus that pa.s.sed by. Qian Lin could not help but smile about it! Even this girl is waiting for me anxiously and she has not called me. Good for her! Fortunately, Qian Lin had brought a roasted sweet potato that Teng Yue loved.

"Xiaoyue. . ."

Qian Lin quickly walked behind Teng Yue, and she first held out the roasted sweet potato she had brought with her. But when Qian Lin looked at the teacher's face next to Teng Yue, she smiled in extra delight.

"Dear, have you been waiting very long? Let me see. Oh, poor thing, your neck is getting longer! Your beautiful and delicate neck is gone!"

Qian Lin held Teng Yue tightly as she laughed loudly, which made Teng Yue blush as she looked at Teacher Shao and the curious people around them.

Qian Lin looked at Teacher Shao, who was also embarra.s.sed, and she said, "I am so hungry, let's have lunch!"

After hearing this, Teng Yue quickly nodded and said yes, then she shyly turned around and glanced at Teacher Shao. She then took Qian Lin's arm and walked toward the sea view restaurant they had chosen in advance.

"Xiaoyue, you know my favorite!"

When they were seated, the waiter took the menus and walked over to them. Qian Lin saw that Teacher Shao reached out and took the menus, so she quickly squeezed her eyes at Teng Yue, which meant, Girl, let's eat more today; it is rare to have someone treat! Teng Yue, of course, understood what Qian Lin had meant and she nodded hard. Qian Lin then smiled with curved eyes.

"Qian Lin, please make yourself at home and order whatever want. It is all on me and money is not a problem!"

After hearing Qian Lin's words, Shao Xun directly handed the menus to Qian Lin.

Qian Lin said, "It is not appropriate to do so." But she never really meant that. Then she picked the menu up and began to order. According to her previous experience in dining in such high-end restaurants, the expensive dishes were generally at the end of the menu. So, she went straight to the last page of the menu as soon as she opened it up.

At the very beginning, Qian Lin ordered a two-pound, serves two people lobster. Sitting in front of her, Shao Xun couldn't help but make a big gasp. Qian Lin, however, just pretended not to see it, and she continued to order a fresh sea urchin and a slice of crystal three-grain fish. Then she closed the menu and said, "I;'m good!" After that, she handed the menu over to Teng Yue.

After seeing the food that Qian Lin ordered, Teng Yue looked nervously at Shao Xun. Qian Lin also peeked at Shao Xun, who straightened his clothes and sat properly. She recalled she had ordered the dishes but no soup, and she needed to order the bird's nest! Qian Lin just wanted him to not have enough money to pay the bill. At this moment, she said something else to Shao Xun.

Shao Xun wiped his sweat on his forehead and said, "Okay." He was thinking that he should definitely not let Xiaoyue think that he could not even afford a high-end meal.

Qian Lin smiled.

After the meal, Shao Xun greeted the waiter and asked to check out. Then the waiter came over with the bill. After seeing it, Shao Xun's face turned gloomy. He immediately stood up and began to sweat as he followed the waiter to the service desk. He could not even pay for half of the bill! So he quickly rummaged through his pocket and hoped that in his pocket he had money he had forgotten.

When Qian Lin saw Shao Xun like this, her mouth made a smirking arc, and she pulled Teng Yue out.

Teng Yue was dragged outside by Qian Lin, wondering what she was doing. Qian Lin shrugged and said, "We'd better wait for him outside, lest he will not pay for it and be driven out by a broom!"

While watching the inside of the building, Teng Yue whispered, "This is not so good! Or will we help him pay the bill?"

Qian Lin pulled Teng Yue to the side and said, "It is he who said to let me order whatever I want. If he cannot pay for it, then he can just dine and dash. I have spent all my money on that roasted sweet potato and nothing is left."
