Searching For You 189 Nothing At All?

Shesha had lost the will to stay any longer. She chased him to his corporate, didn't even get to see him at all, and now he showed up with a woman.

"Shesha, that woman that came in with the Prince is a business contractor. She is only 22 but had already completed 3 projects, one in her home country, two out of country. Our country is the fourth project. From what I know, she is a career-oriented woman. If you want to be noticed, then be the best in your field that people will notice you."

Since the meeting earlier until now, Astos had done research on Yu Sha. He was able to find out she grew up from an ordinary household. Her father is just a bar owner, but he had done a great job raising his two children. Any great father would acknowledge Mong Zong for his great parenting.

Not only was he a great parent, but he also adopted Su Na, paid for both the girls' tuition at one of the most prestigious and expensive colleges. Anyone smart enough would know that he simply isn't just a bar owner. There is no way his bar restaurant's income he opened after his children started college could cover their tuitions. And then Yu Ping also started college shortly, which he paid full. All the children raised under Mong Zong are prodigies, all graduated early. Astos refused to believe that Mong Zong is just a regular bar owner.

Hearing her father's advice, Shesha's eyes teared up. She is aware that there are people smarter and better than her, but she has worked hard, was a year ahead of her cohort and even on her last year of college. If she wants to be acknowledged, she will have to work a lot harder. She silently nodded her head that she understood her father.

Astos hope is that with what he said, would encourage his daughter to not be chasing men but chasing goals and dreams instead.

Hue Chi led Yu Sha to the food tables so she could pick what she wanted then before they reached the area, a server came up to them, "Prince, why don't you take the lady to go sit. I'll bring food over."

Hue Chi thought, it'll save them the ha.s.sles and so he thanked the server before looking at Yu Sha, "Let's go get a table."

"Okay." She follows him and they came upon a table by the corner.

"Prince!" A man with neck length wavy hairs who looked in his late 20s walked up to Hue Chi and smirked at him.

"Aegeus?"

"I heard from my brother, so I rushed here at the speed of light to see the sight of the century." Aegeus spoke all in one breath before looking at Yu Sha.

"So.. she's the rumored woman, huh?" Aegeus squinted his eyes while studying Yu Sha. "Are… Are you a celebrity?"

Yu Sha was dumbfounded at the question from a stranger who suddenly show up and talk all sorts of nonsense. She looked at Hue Chi narrowing her eyes at him wanting to know who is the idiot.

"Ah.. Yu Sha, this is my uncle Aegeus, baby brother of my mother."

Aegeus nodded his head heavily before letting his mouth run wild, "If there is anything you want to know about this nephew of mines, feel free to ask. I know everything about him, what he looked like when he was a baby, before he was potty trained, his weakness and strength. I watched him from time to time. We got kidnapped together at one point and survived together. We've been through thick and thin. You name it, we've been through it all."

Out of the whole sentence, all Yu Sha heard was "Weakness." Her eyes sparkled and she interrupted, "Say that one more time?"

Aegeus paused, surprised, "We… we've been through thick and thin."

"No, before that." Yu Sha replied.

"We were kidnapped?"

"No before that too."

"I know everything about him?"

"Hm… After that?"

"Before he was potty trained?"

Yu Sha's eyes showed signs of life, she encouraged for Aegeus to go on, "And…?"

"His weakness and strength?" Aegeus asked.

She smirked, feeling like she has the advantages, she reached out her hand to him, "Yu Sha, nice to meet you. Let's talk sometimes."

They forgot about Hue Chi's existence and clicked right away.

"So how do you know my boring nephew?" Aegeus asked curiously.

As soon as she heard this, the airs around her becomes chilly and piercing freaking Aegeus out. How they met was not exciting, not worth talking. He went from being a stuck-up man, to the night owl and then perverted man. There is nothing worth mentioning to anyone.

"Did I say something wrong?" He asked.

"No, I'm the contractor for Aqua Illusion Beach Project, only accompanying your nephew for the time being. There is literally nothing between us at all." Yu Sha replied.

Shocked at Yu Sha's replied, he has to make sure he did not mishear her. "NOTHING AT ALL?"

"Mm.. Nothing at all." Yu Sha nodded her head.

Aegeus looked at Hue Chi for confirmation. Is she right? He found it hard to believe that there is nothing going on between them. He knew his nephew wouldn't allow just any woman to be near him. There has to be something specials about the woman to even pique the interest of his nephew.

Hue Chi was quiet for a moment before slowly spoke, "Hm… There is nothing…"

Aegeus was disappointed, he rushed over, forgetting to breathe, eat and drink only to see his nephew's woman. And then there really was nothing going on between the two. He sighed and reached for a gla.s.s of water the server had sat on the table.

Yu Sha was flabbergasted that he actually is being real and telling of truths.

Hue Chi continues, "Other than the fact that she visited me in the middle of the night, even laid on my bed and then one time she jumped right onto me and trapped me between her legs on the sofa."

Pfew!!! Aegeus choked and spat out the water he was sipping from the gla.s.s cup.
