Su Yin's head slowly fell back on her arms. Her soft, petal-like lips pursed. She mumbled, "Xie… Fei…"

Xie Fei couldn't resist reaching out to pinch her tender white cheek, causing Su Yin to puff her cheeks out at him. Seeing her cute appearance, he laughed quietly.

The math teacher sped through the remaining content, then left the cla.s.sroom carrying the textbook. As soon as he left, the exhausted students put down their heads and went to sleep. The other students who had just woken up began to play around in high spirits.

When there were about seven minutes before the next cla.s.s, Wei Xiaoqin walked in from the back door, her swollen face lowered and her arms wrapped in bandages. Wei Xiaoqin nodded, looking at Jiang Hui hazily through her tears. In her heart, she eagerly antic.i.p.ated him helping her get justice.

But Jiang Hui avoided her gaze. Although he wanted to capture Wei Xiaoqin's maiden heart, it didn't mean he would offend so many rich and powerful families for her. Moreover, these girls were his admirers. He couldn't pick up a rock to drop it on his own foot.

Pretending to hesitate for a second, Jiang Hui looked at Wei Xiaoqin with an expression of embarra.s.sment and difficulty. "Xiaoqin, in the future try to avoid them if you see them. "En." Jiang Hui nodded firmly.

Wei Xiaoqin murmured a shy "Thank you", beginning to reprimand herself for comparing Jiang Hui and Xie Fei earlier.

The two of them were different people to begin with. Xie Fei was a school tyrant with poor grades. He didn't care for his reputation in the least. Fighting with an entire crowd was routine for him. He was entirely in his element, confident and at ease.

But Jiang Hui was different. He was a model student, the example and ruler for other top students to measure up to. He couldn't have a drop of dirtiness. Moreover, he truly cared for her. He didn't just think of how she could suffer from other girls' revenge, he even thought about taking care of her injured self.

Jiang Hui really was someone hard to come by. No wonder there were so many girls who liked him. The reason they beat and scold her was actually because they envied her for getting Jiang Hui's care. Didn't this show how Jiang Hui couldn't be compared to normal people?

She, Wei Xiaoqin, wasn't afraid of them. Jiang Hui was hers!
