Huo Yunting ran out of the factory and called Lu Zhaoyang anxiously.

“Are you okay?” It was relieving to hear her voice again.

“Everything has ended. We are okay now.” Huo Yunting was still unrelieved as he inquired further, “How’s Xuxu? Is he fine?”

“Sec.” She immediately hung up the call as her guts told her that the war had ended too soon, too peacefully.

“Okay, good.”

“Both Xu and Ran are fine,” said Lu Zhaoyang when she called back Huo Yunting.

“Mhm. Great.” The man finally got relieved, “Okay, I’ll talk to you later once I get home.”

“Alright.” But Xiang Jinxi’s final words were puzzling.

What did he mean by that?

Was it all bluff and bl.u.s.ter?

Or is it real that he has something else planned?

Huo Yunting did not intend to stay at the place for too long. He had family to see and they needed to be seen as soon as possible.

Nothing seemed wrong till she felt rather confused when she was heading downstairs via the elevator, “That doctor looks new…Why have I not seen him before? There isn’t any announcement either…”

Was he from the batch that got transferred here days ago?
