An Xiaxia got up very early and sat at the dining table after was.h.i.+ng up.

An Xiaxia gritted her teeth. “If I’m the piglet, you’re the piglet’s older brother — the big piglet!”
They bantered for a moment like so and An Xiaxia put down her chopsticks angrily. “I’m done. I have some errands to run.”
“Are you going out?” asked Papa An mildly.
“Yes, I’m meeting someone.”
“Is it a boy or a girl?” An Yibei’s guard was immediately up, but he let out a laugh almost right away. “I bet it’s a girl. Su Xiaomo, right? How could any guy like someone like you?”
Around the table, both Sheng Yize and Chi Yuanfeng squirmed a little at this.
An Xiaxia puffed up her cheeks. “It’s a boy! And a very handsome one!”
“Why, so you don’t want your pocket money anymore?” An Yibei narrowed his eyes threateningly.
An Xiaxia gave in right away. “Fine, he’s just a friend. Don’t cut off my pocket money again or I’ll have to eat dirt…”
An Yibei only lit up a little at those words.
With a backpack on her shoulders, An Xiaxia left the house, humming a tune.
Sheng Yize put down his bowl and went up to the third floor with a cold face.
Papa An was utterly baffled, having little idea what was going on with these kids.

But before he could move, Sheng Yize grabbed him by the back of his collar.
“Stop and stay right here. You’ll only make trouble.”
“Oh…” Chi Yuanfeng had always been in awe of Sheng Yize and obeyed him reluctantly.
Sheng Yize put on a baseball cap and gauze mask, then went down the stairs in his nonchalant manner.
Chi Yuanfeng leaned on the windowsill and looked out. As expected, Sheng Yize showed up behind An Xiaxia after a short while and began to trail her.
“That tsundere always says no when he means yes,” remarked He Jiayu. Chi Yuanfeng, on the other hand, sounded intrigued. “Honestly, this stalking Brother Yize looks so wretched, hahaha~”
Stalker Sheng Yize sneezed and frowned. Was someone talking about him behind his back?
After An Xiaxia got on the bus, he hailed a taxi and followed at an unhurried speed.
His ride finally stopped outside the amus.e.m.e.nt park.

Xiao Yan smiled. “How about I pay for your ticket and you buy me lunch?”
An Xiaxia tilted her head and found it a reasonable suggestion.
“Oh, alright!” She nodded earnestly.

The two of them walked around the big amus.e.m.e.nt park first, then decided to ride the rollercoaster.
An Xiaxia was so sure of herself before getting on, but she couldn’t stop screaming when the rollercoaster began to move.

“How about we ride that next?” Xiao Yan pointed at the merry-go-round not far away.
An Xiaxia actually liked the idea very much. The carousel had two circles and was richly decorated in pink. A lot of kids were lining up for it.
But… didn’t guys like Xiao Yan hate it?
Sensing An Xiaxia’s confusion, he smiled. “That’s ok. I actually want to have a go, too.”
An Xiaxia was rea.s.sured by this and trotted over to join the line with a little cheer.
However, she felt a cold sensation on her back the entire time she was queueing, as if someone was staring at her…
An illusion! It had to be an illusion! She comforted herself.
