After a long while, An Xiaxia finally came back to herself and she gave Sheng Yize a shove.

Sheng Yize looked at her grimly and An Xiaxia said gingerly, “It’s dirty…”

Sheng Yize glared at An Xiaxia. After some thought, he ripped off his own s.h.i.+rt, revealing the strong muscles beneath.

“Still dirty?” he asked coldly.

She could almost feel his body heat on her face. An Xiaxia wiped her tears and moved backward.

The two of them were already on the edge of the bed and with An Xiaxia’s movement, half of her body dangled over the edge and she was going to fall —

A pair of big warm hands caught her by her waist. He then grabbed her by her shoulders and raised an eyebrow. “Answer me. Still find me dirty?”

She shook her little head obediently.

“Do you want me to save you?”

She nodded.

Sheng Yize snickered. “You’re the same as before… dumb and without any principles. Tell me now, was it your fault seven years ago?”

An Xiaxia didn’t move this time, but pouted, looking aggrieved.

“Say it!” He raised his voice.

An Xiaxia bit her lip. “Hm… yes…”

Satisfied, Sheng Yize… let go of her.

An Xiaxia fell off the bed. She climbed to her feet and looked confusedly at Sheng Yize.
