Zhen Xiu woke up in a daze. She looked around her surroundings to see that humongous tree. There was nothing in her sight, no green and bright forest, no trees, not even the wretched house that caught her interest.

She was lying on a bed. It was her bedroom in Lujia. She was lying on her familiar soft bed.

Was everything that she felt and saw was a dream?

Yes, it must be otherwise she could not be here. In her dream, she was eaten by that b.a.s.t.a.r.d tree. It was scary. She didn't want to lose her life again so facing that kind of dream was disturbing for her.

But everything that happened was so real? Was it really her dream? The tree, the house, the barriers and that voice which called her mother, everything was surreal.

It must be her imagination. 

Her last nightmare must be the reason for having these kinds of nonsensical dreams. Anyway, it was ridiculous that she was still thinking about it until now.

She got up to eat something as her stomach was grumbling badly and she was fatigued.

"Was it really a dream?" 

Why was her body so weak after having a good sleep? Should not she be filled with abundant energy instead of feeling light?

Zhen Xiu could not explain this so her mind wandered and she saw the flashes of that tree biting her.

All the fatigued was it because of too much blood loss.

"I will be mad." 

Her head was splitting in pain as she remembered something important. 

In that forest, she had picked up the concentrated green liquid and placed it inside her s.p.a.ce. If everything was a dream Then there would be nothing in her s.p.a.ce but if the greenish substance was inside her s.p.a.ce then everything that transpired was real and true.

Zhen Xiu closed her eyes as she summoned the jade box but just after a few moments, she was startled to see that she had no s.p.a.ce in her body.

Her s.p.a.ce was missing. 

The remnant of power was missing. 

It could only mean that her s.p.a.ce was destroyed. 

There was nothing. 

Zhen Xiu was shocked. 

Why? What was wrong with her body? How could she not have her s.p.a.ce?

Was her father okay?

Being the guardian of that primordial s.p.a.ce, he was bound to be hurt or possibly also destroyed along with s.p.a.ce.

She was scared. 

The primordial s.p.a.ce was vital for her and her family. It was connected to her soul and was responsible for the strengthening. Her father was the guardian of primordial s.p.a.ce and hence its destruction could be harmful to her father.

Could it be that everything she saw was true?

When the humongous tree bit her she was dizzy and had felt something in her s.p.a.ce but was too nonchalant about it?

She was worried that why the tree called her mother but not because there was something wrong in her s.p.a.ce.

Zhen Xiu was truly ashamed this time. Her prime concern was towards herself and she didn't even think about her father and the disturbance in the s.p.a.ce.

She was selfish.

She wanted to find her father's whereabouts; how was he? If the disappearance of the s.p.a.ce caused him trouble?

There were so many questions but not a single answer.

She looked around trying to find her phone; she wanted to contact her mother to know about her father's condition, her grandfather was still crazy and could do anything towards them.

Despite searching her entire room she could not find her phone, she was losing her mind as she felt the true importance of her father, her family, and her friends.
