The CEO Who Hates Me 96 Every Elder's Wish And Dream

"Ryu is already married. How about you Dean? How many more blind dates do you need for you to finally choose a partner for good?" Elder Master Ken lashed out at Dean while they were having a family gathering at the ancestral mansion.

Every weekend, his parents together with him will visit the ancestral mansion to discuss either business or family issues. Dean's mother, Sarah Ken was the youngest among Elder Master Ken's siblings.

Dean almost spilled-out his tea upon hearing his grandfather's questions.

"Grandpa, why are you always so worked up about us looking for a partner? It's like whenever there's someone in the family who is reaching near 30 years of age, you start pus.h.i.+ng them for incessant blind dates." Dean hissed as he sipped the jasmine tea more carefully prepared by Untie Cecile.

"This grandpa of yours is already old and above all I'm so tired seeing just all your faces. I wish to see some fresh beautiful faces in the family now and also I want a big family and I hope that I could play with many great-grandchildren soon. It's every elder's wish and dream don't you know?" Elder Master Ken exclaimed while looking at Sarah and Karl who were enjoying their talks together with their spouses.

Dean followed his grandfather's gaze and sighed.

"Is Uncle Alex still bitter? Oh I mean still not talking to you?" he asked with an arched eyebrow. He had heard that Uncle Alex still don't step in the mansion ever since Ryu took over the position of the CEO for RK Summit Holdings Inc group of Companies.

If he be asked, he believed that grandfather made the right choice. Uncle Alex was someone who loves power, no, the way he saw it the man was obsessed with power. He never seemed to get enough and wanted to get a hold of everything entire business and properties….

'Geez Uncle Alex got some bad att.i.tude really!' Dean thought as he shook his head. That uncle was the black sheep in the family.

Once again he let out a deep long sigh.

Then, Dean looked at his grandfather's somber face. Though the old man was trying to hide by masking himself with his authoritative and strict aura, he was sure that his grandpa was very much hurt deep inside.

Dean smiled and said, "Grandpa, you don't need to worry about Great-grandchildren. I will compete with Ryu and give you as many as you want."

Elder Master Ken laughed and said, "How can you make one when you don't even select or pick anyone from the blind dates you had. You are so picky and choosy."

Dean smiled wickedly and said, "That's what you get for focusing on Big Bro's life too much. Hmmp, I'm disappointed right now that you no longer keep a check on my routine. Wait, should I be disappointed or should I feel happy since you are not updated right now with what's going on with me?"

Elder Master Ken looked at him intently with his questioning eyes.

Dean laughed out hard and said, "Oh! I can't believe this! You're actually not aware that I did some stuffs, more on blackmailing a woman who was part of the group who messed up with Big bro? Wow I feel accomplished grandpa! Doing things behind your back without you noticing it is really an achievement for me!"

Dean felt elated and he added with excitement, "Wow! It's the first time! Wow I feel so glad!"

Dean laughed out hard. He was really feeling good that his grandfather for the first time was left behind because usually before he reported something to him it's either he will be praised in advance or reprimanded in advance because Elder Master Ken was always like five steps ahead from him and Ryu.

They just can't beat up the old man.

Dean failed to notice that Elder Master Ken shook his head as he stared at him…

"Stupid brat! Bring that Rita over here after that show you staged! You and Ryu with your spouses will have to stay with me for two months!" Elder Master Ken suddenly spurted-out.

Dean who was laughing suddenly paled and looked like as someone who had been splashed out by cold water on the spat

'What is this? The old man is just pretending to make fun of me?! Really grandpa! Are you for real?' Dean wanted to shout out and whine.

"Grandpa? What are you really? Do you have some stalking powers or something like reading minds?" Dean said in a jest instead.

Although he was not that shocked, but still, it was unexpected and he looked like an idiot bragging nonsense before his grandfather's face.

"I bet you were laughing at me inside while listening to my blabbering and pretending you knew nothing. Hmmp! How mean for someone as old as you to still bully me!" Dean exclaimed while he pouted his lips.

Elder Master Ken just laughed hard while Dean on the other hand smiled lovingly when he saw happy face of his grandfather…

'Nah bully us, we don't mind it grandpa. If it could make you laugh more like this we would love to stay behind you forever…as long as it keeps you laughing and smiling. You've done enough, so Ryu and I will try our best for you to enjoy more of life now and no longer be stressed with handling too much pressure from now on, both in business and family matters…'

Ryu talked to him already about it and they shared the same predicaments towards their grandfather. Grandfather loves his family more than he could ever know…

And them as the younger generation and the next in line should not disappoint their grandfather anymore and show him that they were reliable enough…

"Grandpa, do you have any gender preference like you want it to be a boy or girl? Cause I am planning to make one already today. You know how hard working man this grandchild of yours is right?" Dean asked in his teasing tone.

Elder Master Ken just raised an eyebrow to him and said. "Tsk… I even doubt if you can even produce one since you chose a Mafia. It's either you end up with broken bones or end up castrated!"
