Chapter 3444 Treatments

I watched the Earth Sovereign collect my true essence through the core of the slime and place it in the tiny runic bottle.

He looked at my data and scanned me with soul sense before walking away.

I watched him leave before focusing on me internally. Where, a concoction of true essence and other essences and material, enter inside me through the microscopic meta-needles.

It had been five months since I had woken up here and one and a half months since I had started using my own true essence along with materials to replenish my true essence.

It had been working great, especially after a couple of iterations of the formula.

In the past one and a half months, I have been steadily recovering my true essence. 

What Earth Sovereign took was the one that had been harvested in the first three and a half months. I have been given that in one and half months and have two sessions of supply to give it to him.

This means I have eighteen days before, I will let the slime harvest true essence from me again.

Two hours pa.s.sed, and the formation turned off as the energy was finished.

I looked at my meta-scan, and a smile couldn't help but appear on my face.

In these one and half month, I have not only recovered my lost true-essence; it has also increased a little. I had done it, using around a quarter of the true essence the slime had harvested from me, in the first three and a half months.

It could be said, I have solved one problem, but there are many more.

The next problem is the treatment of forbidden power and strength to reach the limit.

I derived a way for that too; I am going to use this amazing slime for it.

I don't know whether I will succeed or not, but I have to give it a chance. If it doesn't work, then I will have to use the methods that I have developed after getting data from the methods in the sermon realm.

I didn't start immediately, nor I could. I let my body rest for six hours before I started.

The first treatment is going to be of the forbidden power.

I changed the position of the tentacles, taking them where I needed them. They are quite versatile and could reach the deepest part with those microscopic meta-needles.

I finished repositioning the tentacles before changing the formation to suit the treatment of the forbidden.

I activated the formation inside my core and in the tentacles.

A moment later, the energy came out of my core, and my tentacles absorbed it before sending it to all the tentacles I was using for this treatment.

For a couple of seconds, I didn't feel anything, but soon, I began to feel cold, and it began to increase fast, till I felt like I had frozen, despite not being.

It is a powerful sensation and strange in some way; I wanted to stop the treatment and nearly did, before controlling myself.

I took a calming breath, before entering my core and looked at the meta-scan with my clone.

One clone is working on alchemy concoctions, and the other is with me. The rest are working on the inheritance; I will need an inheritance if I want to make a breakthrough.

In these five months, I have made tremendous progress. It is nearly ready, except for one part.

I have ideas about that problem too and I will focus on it after I finish dealing with other problems.

I pushed thoughts of inheritance away and focused on the meta-scan in front of me.

Till now, I couldn't see the change; I could only see my body and am accepting the energy. T

here is some resistance, but it is natural.

What doesn't feel natural is how smoothly those meta-needles are dealing with them. Taking the energy to the places, I need them to be, without wasting energy, at obstructions.

Thirty-seven minutes later, I stopped.

The treatment is finished as for the result. I don't know, I will know a few hours later.

I kept looking at the meta-scan for an hour, before deciding to sleep, since it was time.

It took some effort, but I fell asleep. It was not a peaceful sleep; since I have become captive here, I rarely get a peaceful sleep.

There would always be dreams and nightmares.

I was woken up six hours later by my clone, and immediately, a smile appeared on my groggy face.

It worked!

The treatment not only worked but produced the results, much better than I had expected. Even I wasn't able to believe it, despite checking the result multiple times.

I finally believed it and a grin appeared on my face.

A minute later, I calmed down, before looking at data more seriously. There are some factors I hadn't considered before had made a difference and I want to know what.

It didn't take me long to find out what it was and when I did, a smile couldn't help but appear on my face.

Since the incident on the wall, my body has been extra hungry. 

It has made treatment work better, among other things. If it was not increasing, my limit too, I would have been even more happy about it.

So, when the slime started to steal my true essence, it became ravenous.

It is why; it had absorbed the true essence concoction of a hungry beast and let me replenish it; in less than half of the time, it took me to lose.

That hunger of the body had also moved to treatment. It helped the body digest it faster and more thoroughly, producing much better effects than I had expected.

The thing, that made me even more happy is that the treatment I used was diluted.

I did it, so that if any effect occurred, I would be able to bear it, but it didn't.

I want to use the original formula, but I have to wait for a few more hours before I do that.

So, I decided to try the other treatment; the strengthening kind, and this time, I am taking risks.

I have created the less powerful formula for this one, but now seeing the result for forbidden power treatment. 

I am going to use the original formula. It is a risk I shouldn't take, but decided to do it, anyway.

I changed the tentacles and the formation before I began, and a minute later, I sealed my mouth. 

So, I wouldn't scream.

The pain was immense; I felt like my soul was being torn apart. I wanted to stop every second, but I bore it, not caring that I had started bleeding from my nose and eyes.

I am fine, physically; the bleeding is due to the sheer pressure my soul and body are feeling.

Forty-six minutes pa.s.sed, and the last drop of formula got absorbed by me. Seeing that, I let go everything and slumped. 

I am so tired that I didn't even have the energy to go into my core.

I rested for half an hour before I went back to my core and waited for the data to come.
