"You may be surprised, but many people have tried that and all of them were buried in the earth, while only I am roaming free," I replied to her.

Many people tried to absorb me.

From people to Grimms, every single one of them has died, and some died a horrible death.

"I am not going to die. It is you who will die!" she said with confidence and attacked again, with more powerful than before.

I moved my sword forward and swung it toward her attack.

My sword stopped her saber. It was a powerful attack, with denser grey energy covering me. Wanting to bring me down, but it was quickly absorbed by my armor.

My sword begins to clash against her saber. Defending against her attack, which increased in the power and speed fast.

She is not just powerful, but also learning fast. That her saber begins to move toward my weakness, like the viper.

I did nothing other than defend while studying her as much as I could.

I have realized this is not her full power. She is still holding back a lot. It is worrying me because I don't know whether I would be able to survive against her.

The saber hit my sword, and my whole body shook before taking a step back and then another. Cracking the crystalline floor, that her powerful aura had made.

Even a trickle of blood came out from the corner of my lips as the attack injured my internal organs despite the protection from the armor.

The smile on her face became bigger, and she launched another attack.

More powerful than the last one.

I defended like before and as I had expected. It's more powerful, but despite that, all it was able to do was shake me.

I got the data from her energy and attack and made a quick adjustment to my armor. Making it defend better.

than before.

I stopped the attack and this time, I barely shook. She controlled the surprise and attacked me

again and again.

I defended every time and after dozens of attacks. I had stopped shaking; I began to defend her attack, without even a slightest shake.

I am defending, but there is no joy on my face. I am fighting the battle for my survival here

and I am fully concentrated.

The one, that could be counted among the peak, but here, it's far from. I may be using my peak, but she isn't, and that is scaring me.
