Dream Star 319 Two Different Worlds

When they leave the fast food place, Haruka is in a hurry.

Lila isn't surprised when Haruka pinned her against the nearest ally way. Hot and pa.s.sionate lips on hers, his hands are tracing all over her body. His mouth moved to her ear and whispering sweet and seductive words. When she saw a hint of gentleness, Lila thought that was stupid. What is he doing being gentle when they are already in this situation?

"Man," he muttered, "Why are you so hot?"

"Ah, I don't know," she doesn't know. She doesn't understand. This is all wrong, and yet at the same time, it's right. It's right for her.

'Teras.h.i.+ma Lila, what did you just do there?' Lila mentally cursed herself. Having s.e.x is one thing but in the alleyway?

Haruka's arms wrapped around her, "Thanks," he whispered against her ear. After experiencing such a thing, however, just this amount of closeness is enough to make her body feel hot, "Was it too much hmm?"

"Haruka."

He gently kissed her forehead, "Let's find a place to sit down."

Lila agreed. It didn't take long before Haruka brought her to a nearby bar. Haruka happened to be 'friends' with the owner, so it was easy to find s.p.a.ce for them despite it being full. A bar again. Lila deeply sighed, how many times have they gone to these places? She shook her head; it's better than going to a cafe and attracting attention.

She looked at her surroundings. People sprawled on the ground, the couches - sitting intimately with their partners or a group of people. All of them drinking, dancing.

'I don't belong to these type of places,' it's only the middle of the day, and people are drinking and partying in this manner? But she wants to try to understand it. Haruka belongs to this side of the world, whether she likes it or not. Though he seldom goes to these places now because of her. After she heard Sophia's words, Lila understood that Haruka needs to go to places like this. He needs it just like she needed his warmth.

Courses of moans filled the couch beside her, and Lila s.h.i.+fted uncomfortably. While there was a curtain that separated the two seats, they were still joined together. Lila doesn't understand this type of society. Why do people feel the need to get drunk in this manner? She has nothing against, 'drinking' but isn't this a bit excessive? What's more, these girls don't they have any dignity? Being sprawled across the ground like that, wearing such little clothes and exposing their skin.

After observing for a few minutes, Lila was slowly getting tired. But before she could close her eyes, she finds Haruka making his way over.

"Hey," Haruka slurred. Lila immediately noticed how drunk he was. So that's why he was taking long. But she is pretty sure that it's impossible to get drunk in the span of twenty minutes.

"Where were you?" Lila asked.

'Why did you leave me alone,' Lila thought but refrained from asking.

"Hanging around talking," Haruka said as he pa.s.sed her a drink.

Lila examined the cup cautiously, and Haruka smiled, "It's just alcohol. I'd give you water but in a place like this? The beer is safer, trust me," and she does trust him. Even though she probably shouldn't.

Lila gulped the contents in one go, the moment she did, she felt her vision blur. Pain spread across her head, and the world started to spin.

Haruka however, only used that as a chance to continue kissing her, "So hot," every so often she would hear him say those words. But whether she was able to process them, she wasn't sure. It was easy for her to get lost in the heat and pa.s.sion of the moment. It felt like they were lost in their own world.

"Haru-kun!" the voice of a girl beamed happily ad she clung to his back. Lila immediately recognized her as the 'Mei' girl from before and frowned. What's with the nickname?

"Mei," Haruka nodded, "What are you doing here? Tagging along again?"

"Yeah, I don't have much work."

"That will change when you switch agencies. I already spoke up for you."

"You did? Thank you!"

Haruka's hands still remained in the position they were in, and yet the fact that he was casually speaking with another girl when they were like this upset her.

"Ari-sama?" Mei seemed surprised to see her.

"..."

"She hurt herself," Haruka explained.

Mei nodded in understanding. Before she could say anything else though, somebody called out her name, "I'm coming! Haru-kun, Ari-sama I'll take my leave now," with those words said the girl left quickly.

The mood had been entirely ruined; she knew that. But that's never stopped Haruka from stopping before. Haruka's hands lingered on her belly but, Lila noticed how Haruka was staring at the girls retreating figure.

"Haruka?"

"Wait here a bit, she's going to get hara.s.sed dressed like that," Haruka said and stood up.

Lila's eyes widened. She was very shocked. Wait... Lila reached out, "I'll get hara.s.sed if you leave me here," she muttered. Since entering Lila noticed the amount of guys attention on her. Now that she's drunken alcohol, Lila knew they would definitely try.

Haruka had a complicated look on his face but nodded, his arms wrapped around her waist again, "Are you ready for tomorrow?"

Lila was glad that he stayed and that he was changing the topic. But so many questions ran through her mind. When did those two get close to each other? What's with the 'Haru-kun,' and 'Mei?' stuff? From what she got from their conversation, Haruka is helping her move agencies. But, 'Haruka's agency?' Lila didn't like that at all. Though Soichiro made that deal with Haruka's agency, it's only temporary. Haruka is still part of that agency. Now that they are returning to j.a.pan, that deal will be lifted, and Haruka will once again have to do those jobs-- Lila shook her head. No, they can't force him to do that anymore. After all, wasn't the primary target her? She doesn't have to worry about them asking Haruka to sleep around with other women. Haruka too, won't accept it as blindly as before. Lila took a deep breath, it's okay. Don't worry about it.

"What are you thinking?"

"I'm singing for you tomorrow."

Haruka smiled, "Mm, you've been keeping your song choice a secret. Exactly what song did you write for your group?"

Though it was a group round, Lila volunteered to write the song instead of choosing from the selected. The song she chose was a song she was writing for a while now. Lila wanted to wait until another individual round came up before she used this song. But, desperate times call for drastic measures, and she is very desperate. It feels like Haruka is getting further away from her. Lila thought that their trip to Ireland would mend things. But while she learned more things about him, it is still a long way to go before she truly understands him.

"It's a secret."

"Secret, eh? But since it's for me, maybe you wrote about your desires?" Her whole face burned red. Haruka looked delighted with her reaction since he brushed his lips against her neck. "I can't wait," each word sent her s.h.i.+vering in antic.i.p.ation. Antic.i.p.ation? 'Antic.i.p.ation for what?' Lila wondered. She is a bit worried though, what happening with Haruka and that Mei girl?

She's anxious about it. Lila knew now that she had seen that sight; it would be difficult for her to get it out of her mind. However, right now, the feeling of Haruka's lips on her neck was driving her crazy.

"You're burning up, do you want me?"

Lila shook her head. But then something came to her mind as she pulled back slightly. Desperate times, call for drastic measures. It didn't take long for her to make her decision on the matter. She brushed her lips against his neck, 'If she drinks his blood, then she will know,' Lila thought. It's not like she doubts him, Lila understands better than anyone. How much this person loves her. He waited for her for such a long time. He waited for so long and suffered so much in the process. There is no reason to doubt him. But there is a reason for her to feel uneasy. She bites him, whenever Lila drank Haruka's blood she can't help but drink a lot in one go.

The taste is very addictive. Though she doesn't have many people to compare Haruka's blood too. From the people's blood, she drank in the past, Haruka's blood like Kiryu's is very addictive. But that's not it; it probably tastes better because he loves her so much.

"Are you that hungry? You should have said so," he gently caressed her hair, "I'll protect you and keep you safe, so you don't have to worry about anything. I won't let anybody separate us."

Her eyes widened at his words, and Lila realized for the first time. Even if she doesn't say anything, Haruka already knows. He understands everything about her.
