Jiro was also aware that he would have to spend time accomplis.h.i.+ng tasks for the village of Uzus.h.i.+ogakure. He peeked into his minds.p.a.ce without trying to alert Ezekiel and he spotted Ezekiel just sitting in a corner of the office while staring at the apple trees in the corner. Having made sure that Ezekiel wouldn't peek on him, Jiro activated the Manegkyo Sharingan and began to enter the necessary Chakra pattern for activating Izanagi.
Right before it activated, Jiro stopped while putting a trigger condition for Izanagi to activate in his right eye. In the case that Ezekiel forcibly took over his body while not intending to give it back, Ezekiel would be trapped in a Genjutsu that seemed to span on for so long that his will to live would be wiped out resulting in basically his death. Jiro repeated the same steps in his left eye, except the trigger condition was his death. If he were to die, then he would be revived.
After putting that scroll away, Jiro pulled out another one and stared at the contents written on it with contemplation. Written on the scroll were two very special messages. 'Right eye, Amaterasu. Left eye, unknown.' Jiro had previously looked through records and knew that in his right eye was the ability Amaterasu. The ability to manifest a black flame through his vision. The flame would be powered by his Chakra and burn for as long as he wanted it to burn.
The power in his left eye was not listed in the records. It was a special power between himself and Kana. Jiro only could get a general feel that it would make him much closer with Kana, but he was not going to activate it. He recalled that when he opened the records, the very first page was filled with warnings about using the power of the Mangekyo Sharingan. He then put the scroll away in order to greet the person who was approaching his house.
After hearing a knock at the door, Jiro opened it to reveal a boy staring back at him with nervousness radiating off of him. When seeing the vulnerable kid, Jiro immediately activated his Manegkeyo Sharingan to deliver a minor Genjutsu. Jiro could tell that others were monitoring him. He wanted to see how they would react, but they didn't move.
"U-Um Ezekiel-sama, y-your first task is to help train the Genin of the village."
Jiro stared back unimpressed. The boy was squirming on the inside while being stared at. He had heard many rumors and he was the unlucky one that was forced to get Ezekiel. The giant figure of Jiro seemed to tower over him and his very presence seemed to fill the air with Killing Intent. The kid finally fell to his knees and just when it seemed like the kid would end up exploding from nervousness, Jiro relented and stopped activating his minor Genjutsu which made him seem much larger than he actually was.
"My first lesson is this, don't stare at an Uchiha. Call me Jiro."
The kid quickly got up from when he had fallen onto his knees and took a quick glance at Jiro who was just slightly taller than he was. He then fell back down, this time on his b.u.t.t. In front of Jiro was a giant eagle that towered over both of him. It then blew a hot stream of fire over Jiro.
Jiro stopped releasing his Chakra around him after Kana stopped her stream of fire. Kana rubbed Jiro's face with affection and then glared at the kid who got up again. Despite her affection towards Jiro, Kana was staring intently at Jiro trying to determine if he would transform again. Jiro reached forward and rubbed some of Kana's feathers to sooth her anxiousness. He then jumped onto the back of Kana and got ready to take off into the air to figure out where the academy was located fully intending on abandoning the kid.
The boy also noticed that he was ditched so he immediately began to run towards where the academy was located. He arrived within minutes to a terrible scene. Jiro was writing on a scroll while the three strongest Genin were fighting against the rest of the Genin who had come straight out of the academy. The strangest part was that the Genin who were normally just somewhat stronger than the other kids was completely annihilating the others in a ma.s.s Taijutsu brawl.
The boy charged towards Jiro intending on taking out the cause of the issue, but he had to get past the giant brawl. He sneaked into the crowd and was jumbled along with the bodies, but he noticed that the brawl was really just a super messy duel which resolved his question of how everyone else was being beaten. The three Genin who were the strongest were better at Taijutsu than everybody else.
Suddenly Jiro got up and closed the scroll which instantly stopped the duels. The three Genin collapsed while everyone in the crowd sat down and the boy sat down as well trying to figure out what was going on.
"You all suck. If you're going to fight solo, at least be good at it."
A mult.i.tude of protests rang out and the loudest one confused Jiro.
"We are ninja, we don't work with ninjas. We work with the sealers."
Jiro realized that he didn't have a clear understanding of the culture here. He indicated for everyone to sit down. His confusion was made obvious to the students who began to explain how they fought together with the sealers.
"A sealer fights with ninjas. Usually, a team is composed of two ninja who work well together, and two sealers who work well together. A team is formed after evaluations are done of all the new Genin and Sealers. Evaluations usually finish two weeks after we graduate. We get paired up with a sealer duo and then we learn to fight together."
The students were about to explain further, but Jiro waved them off. He pointed his finger at a couple of trees in the courtyard before gesturing with his finger. A team of four suddenly appeared by the side of the tree. Two ninja and two people with robes that were different from ninja ware. Jiro a.s.sumed those two were sealers.
"I need to understand what you all want me to teach or help you with."
"Jiro-sama we wish for your help in determining which student duos are most compatible. Feel free to teach them about how to fight as a team."
"Got it. Give me some time to figure this out."
Jiro was clear on what he was to observe and what he was supposed to do, but he needed some time to figure out what to teach. Jiro was intending to go home and figure out some details for a possible plan, but he needed more information so he asked for a scroll that held much of the information about the students. As he began to walk home, the ninja and sealers began to teach the Genin who had graduated.
Jiro reflected on how he taught his friends to fight as a team. He just fought them and they fought against him together. However, they were already a formed team. This time, Jiro had to figure out how to teach a duo to work with teammates that weren't even present. His face lit up with a smile when a good plan popped up into his head.
Jiro hurried to the house and closed the door before beginning with his plan. He first checked the number of students and it was an even number. Jiro quickly a.s.signed each Genin a number before making a chart that would have each Genin paired with every other Genin to make sure that he didn't miss out on any possible duos.
Jiro was planning on having the duo of Genins fight other duos in fights to determine which teamed up best together. In order to spice up the training, Jiro was going to bring the same number of small eagles to the training field. The eagles would act like sealers so the Genin would have a target and the younger eagles could get some training as Jiro wanted to help the Eagle Clan in some way.
