A God's Apocalyptic Entertainment 24 Awakening Part 2

Looking around I found another meal, it felt different from the usual ones, and felt more like farther. My blood boiled again as I stared at the body, and drool started to fall from my mouth. Father walked away as I started to begin my meal.

It was so good!Even better than the first meal!

The blood in the body was almost as good as Fathers. It was so filling, and delicious. It was so good, I didn't even realize when there was none left. It was gone too soon.

After that meal, we continued on and I got to eat a lot more. The amount of meals on this floor was amazing; I could eat all the good parts and ignore the bad parts. The best one was the one with the glowing mouth, though.

It had tried to hurt father, but he had killed it in the end. My senses told me this one was a good one, and I devoured it ravenously. It tasted different from the usual and had a good taste to it.

As I was eating the meal, something happened to father, he felt different when I looked at him. He was paler than usual and shaking.

He looked down at the sword in his hand and wouldn't take his eyes off it. He looked over at me and I felt a dark feeling coming from him, the dark feeling scared me so I moved towards him.

He needed warmth.

I went and grabbed his hand; the warmth that was spread started to calm father.

He bent down in front of me and removed the white towel from his arm, I don't know what it was, but the way father handled it told me it was important. The feelings he projected while holding and looking at it filled me up with sadness and happiness. It was a weird feeling.

After looking at it for a while, he motioned towards me and then held up my arm. He gently wrapped the towel around my arm and the connection between me and him grew stronger, this was the best way to know that this was very important.

I treated the white towel with care as I felt it connected me to father, it made me happy. After that we went back up the stair case. He led me to a room and moved about for a while. After he did what he needed to do, he started talking to me.

He hadn't talked to me this much since I had woken up, I couldn't understand everything that he was saying, but the pieces of information in my head and what he was saying, started to overlap.

I was starting to understand him as he stopped talking and led me to a bed. He wrapped me up in a blanket then moved towards his own bed.

It didn't feel nice being away from father, it was too cold. I couldn't handle it for too long and got up. I moved towards fathers' bed and slipped in, it was a lot warmer.

Father was surprised for a minute before he calmed back down. I was very tired from eating so much today, I fell asleep quickly in fathers embrace.

I felt very different when I woke up.

The amount of information in my head felt easier to understand now, and my body felt a lot more powerful. Father was staring at me when I woke up, I could still feel his warmth, it made me smile.

Father moved out of the room and came back quickly. He stared at me again and pulled out a sword, he handed it to me and showed me how to use it. We spent the next few hours swinging the sword around.

It was interesting learning how to move the sword around, with this I could now help!

After we finished training, he ate some of those objects that smelt bad. I have no clue what he likes about them.

We moved back towards the stairs and moved downwards, he didn't carry me this time either.

We went to a different floor and went around. There were a lot of meals on the ground and around the place, but all the good parts had already been taken. It was disappointing, so much so I didn't even want to eat them myself.

The amount of meals continued to rise as we moved on, but there were none that I could eat. Finally we found 2 meals down one corridor and I could eat something. It wasn't a big meal but it was enough for now.

Finally we moved down to an area where there were some meals, I wanted to help father and show him how good I was. But he told me to stay behind and watch. It was annoying that I couldn't help, but nothing would happen to him anyway.

Father went in, and started to kill off these new meals, they were so easy to kill.

He was very efficient when he was killing the meals, I would have a good feast today. My mouth started to water. Then things started to go wrong.

He was only about half way through killing the meals before the others reacted. One of the meals made some noise that woke the others up. Father backed up and stared the meals down; they wanted to put up a fight. How foolish.

They should just let us eat them.

They started to attack father and I frowned, it looked like father was having trouble. But that was a silly thought.

One of them pounced towards father and pushed him back, while he was surprised one of them circled around him and tried to pounce on him from behind. Father reacted quickly and ducked the attack while injuring the meal.

Serves it right!

As father continued to fight he rolled out of the way and killed another meal, he's the best!

After taking out the meal and standing back up, there were only 3 meals left. Father faced them and they tried to split up to fight him. He ran towards one of them and finished it off quickly, but while he was dealing with that one, the other pounced on him from behind.

Blood started to fall from fathers after the attack, and he fell hard to the ground. I gripped my sword tightly.

These d.a.m.n meals!

I wanted to rush out to help father, but he said to stay behind. What do I do?

While I was thinking about this, father was having trouble after his fall; he managed to fend off the meal on his back and injuring it. Its side was bleeding; it jumped back and stared at father with the other meal.

I saw that the meal from before, that was injured, was an easy kill. It would help father out a lot to kill it now.

I could show father how helpful I am!

I grew excited as I rushed out from the door and went towards the injured meal.

It didn't see me coming, so I jumped with all my strength and plunged my sword around its head area. I knew that this area was the most delicious, as well as the best place to strike. I watched father kill a lot of meals, and he always went for the head.

Father was always right, so when the sword plunged in, the meal died quickly. It shouted out once, but after that it slumped to the ground. Now all I had to do was pull out the sword.

I was having trouble pulling out the sword; it was harder than I thought. Determination filled me as I stared at this sword, if father can take out a sword, I can as well!

I pumped myself up as I continued to try and take the sword out.

Suddenly a shout from father reached me.

"GET DOWN ELLA!!!"

I raised my head to look at father as he screamed at me; a meal was closing in very fast.

Why is he so angry?

I didn't consider it much, and just followed what he said and dropped down. The meal jumped over where I just was and it clipped me as it flew past. The force twirled me around and forced me to the ground.

It hurt dammit!

These d.a.m.n meals!

Other than my anger, I could even feel fathers anger. I was happy as I felt it; even father knew they were going too far.

He rushed past me, and quickly looked me over. I hadn't hurt myself too badly from the fall, so he continued on towards the meal. Father quickly finished it off as another shadow pa.s.sed by me.

Just as father killed off the meal, the other one sprang up behind him.

Why do they keep…

Before my thoughts could continue, the meal bit into father.

Huh?

The meal's force pushed father to the ground, as its mouth continued to bite into him. As he was smashed into the ground by the force, he screamed out in pain.

My heart started to hurt.

His scream continued as he thrashed about, with the meal above him.

Stop eating father!

Meals shouldn't eat father!!

It continued to hang on as father struggled about.

Meals should only be eaten!!!

Father pushed himself up with one of his arms; the other one was spreading a lot of blood. I could feel the pain father was in. It was making my blood boil in rage. My head was cooling down as my rage went up, but the feeling in my blood continued to rise.

Get off my Father!!!

My body seemed to shut down as I watched the Meal continue to thrash about above father. I felt like I was on fire.

As I stood there, father finally managed to force the meal off, but it had taken a huge chunk out of Him.

The world seemed to freeze as I looked at the Meal eat a part of Father.

Father, after forcing the meal off, sat back up. He didn't look good. Suddenly he fell back down. He wasn't moving something was wrong.

Father tried to sit back up a few more times, as the meal Watched on warily. Its injury from before was getting worse.

Father suddenly stopped moving, and the connection between us was weakening.

NO!

As father stopped moving I screamed out.

"FARTHER!"

My blood boiled over and something seemed to snap in me.
