This Time You Are Mine 279 Attack And Defense

After her meetings, Yve returns to her office and decides to check the remaining 40% that Sylvan left on her desk during her last meeting. 

"Young Madam, should I ask the kitchen to deliver your lunch here?" 

"Okay, just ask them to bring it here. I need to finish reviewing these details before going to school." Yve casually responds and Sylvan leaves her alone. 

Minutes after, one of the kitchen staff returns with her lunch. 

"Miss Yve, where should I put your lunch?"

"Please place it there on the table. Thank you." Yve replies without looking at the staff.

Sylvan, on the other hand, receives a coded message from Team Bravo. He opens it and is shocked by what it says.

"Target S has bought Hu0026E Entertainment. According to our resources, you're now a.s.signed at SkyMu and you'll probably have a face-off with them. I already informed Primo on this and he instructed me to give you the details I got."

"We have a spy in the company but still in the lower level. Codename: Priestess Contact number: 0917x.x.xx.x.xx Email address: But the mode of communication preferred is through email." 

"According to her, Hu0026E is planning to counter the latest project of SkyMu by having live, random shows. Although it says random, they will target the places with highest number of people who watched the latest stream." 

The email has complete details in relation to the latest meeting that Hu0026E had that morning. Sylvan read the attached files and thinks of the plan that he can suggest to Yve later on. He simply typed back,

"Roger that." 

'Now, how can we make this known to the Lady Boss without blowing away the idea of having a spy in the company and causing danger to our deployed spy?' Sylvan wonders as he continues to read the files. 

Meanwhile, Vince is informed on the Steve's latest business endeavors. The information needs to be leaked to give Yve an idea to prepare for the possible counter plans of the compet.i.tors. It's an aspect that Yve needs to learn as well.

'Balancing the attack and defense plans.' Vince thought of it while reading the files.

"Edward, get inside my office." Vince calls on Edward through their local line. 

"You called?" Edward asks as soon as he's inside the office.

"We need to leak information that other entertainment companies are planning to release company related events in response to SkyMu's success." Vince instructed.

"How do you want it to happen?" 

"Look for different social media posts of random artists and compile it so that we can give it enough boost." Vince replies.

"Oh, before I forget, release it via online too and make it untraceable." 

"Noted. I will release it by midnight. Is there anything else?" 

"None at the moment." 

"Then, I'll leave now. By the way, do you want to eat lunch now or later?" 

"I want to eat lunch but only sandwich for now." 

"Okay, I'll order your favorite sandwich combination." 

Edward leaves the office to fulfill his tasks while Vince checks on the reports waiting on his desk.

Back at SkyMu, Yve has finished reading the files and has narrowed down the list to ten interior designer companies. She decides to call Sylvan before eating her lunch.

"Young Madam?"

"I have here ten companies. Can you give them a call and ask if they can still handle one project? I want the same interior designer as the one who made the projects you gave me. If they're not available, cancel them out from the list."

"Noted. I'll have this ready before your meeting with Miss Maddie." Sylvan confirms his task.

"Good. You may now go. Enjoy your lunch, too before we head out to school." 

Yve eats her lunch and Sylvan does the same thing in his office. 

After about thirty minutes, Yve and Sylvan find themselves to the school. Soon Yve's cla.s.ses begin. The cla.s.ses were the same except for the scheduled test. Just like that the lessons ended and Yve is now on her way to the school's entrance when Lester calls her name.

"Is there anything wrong, Lester?"

"Nothing. I just want to congratulate you for the success of SkyMu's stream." Lester whispers after making sure that no one can hear him.

"Thanks. I also appreciate the article from your dad's newspaper." 

"Can we somehow get an exclusive scoop?" 

"Hmm… not yet. But don't worry. Your company will be the first one to get an exclusive when the time comes." Yve a.s.sures her friend.

"I'll be expecting that then. Thanks. Take care!" Lester bids goodbye to her as Yve's car with Sylvan driving inside approaches.

"Young Madam, here's the updated list. However, one of them is not available at the moment so I removed them from the list. They did inquire on the project and I only gave them vague information. I told them I'll call them back tomorrow for more details." Sylvan briefs her after giving the paper.

"Thanks. I forgot to inform Mom that we're coming tonight. Do you think she's available?"

"I called Rose after I drove you earlier to confirm your appointment but none was set so I inform her to reserve it to us." 

"Thank you. You're really the best." Yve expresses her sincere thanks to Sylvan.

Soon after, Yve and Sylvan arrive at n.o.ble's main office. Yve sees Rose in the reception area waiting for their arrival. 

"h.e.l.lo, Rose."

"Hi, Mrs. Gray. Miss Maddie is still in a meeting so I hope you don't mind waiting in her office." Rose shortly explains as she guides Yve. 

"Of course. I hope my late notice doesn't affect your schedule." 

���It's fine, Mrs. Gray. It's just the meeting took more time than expected. While waiting, do you want some coffee, tea or juice?" 

"Tea will be nice." 

"Okay, Mrs. Gray. Please wait for a short while." Rose informs Yve and leaves her inside Maddie's office. 

'I hope Mom and Rose will agree with the list I have with me.' Yve scans the compiled projects of the nine interior design companies.
