After a long thought, Shun shares what he is thinking.

"What's wrong?" she asked him.

"Nothing. I just wondered if we meet back in j.a.pan." Shun stared at Ca.s.sandra's face. She was blus.h.i.+ng and smiled.

"Did we?" he asked her. He was anxious to know.

"Uhm... am not certain if it should be called 'we meet' because I only heard your voice and saw your back."

He can't believe it! So it was really her! Ah… this girl.

Shun hugs her so tight. He chokes. She was too near and yet, fate is playing at them. That time, he attempts to find out who is that girl, if he just was mistaken and she just looks like her.

By that time, he already knew that she was alive but she wasn't there anymore in the apartment they have been renting. And he has been so busy proving himself to the world and his connections are limited yet as he just began seated as the President of the Crow Corporation. Shun kissed her forehead then her nose then her lips. After the kiss, he keeps his eyes closed because he was about to cry.

He heard Ca.s.sandra whispered. He sighed. Ah… forget lunch.

Shun lead Ca.s.sandra towards his private elevator and presses the b.u.t.ton to his suite in this hotel. The elevator only stops at 4 floors; his garage, the 71st floor, the 72nd floor, and the rooftop.

He locked her on his arms and kisses her pa.s.sionately. He carried her towards his bedroom after the lift opens.

Meanwhile, Blaire, his friends, and their wives have already waited patiently on the restaurant inside an exclusive room for them… but Blaire received a text from her brother saying, they should not wait for them, they better to start ordering now for themselves.

Ah… she rolled her eyes. She won't ask why her brother ditch the lunch he who originally have come up with...

He glances at Ca.s.sandra who was trying to wear that fitted long neck black dress she chooses to wear after they showered.

He chuckles then help her. Good thing he let these clothes left here when David and Anna delivered them days ago.

"Do I gained some weight?" she asked cutely.

He can't help to laugh. She was too cute and too beautiful.

"I don't think so... Alright, come… let's dry your hair," Shun let her sit in front of the dresser and gets the hair dryer in the bathroom.

SHUN'S POV

He was in j.a.pan to meet their j.a.panese business partners, he wanted to meet every International investor as he is now the new president. He was invited to have dinner at this restaurant, then his phone rings in the middle of the meal.

He went outside to take that call and while talking on the phone, his ears caught a shout and he glanced over his shoulder. He got a glimpse of a young girl closing a door. In the beginning, he just ignored her but later on, something is off... she looked like someone else he knew.

Shun follows that hallway where the girl takes a turn but he didn't saw her anymore. He slowly walks back then pause when his phone rings again, it was Kier.

He saw Meisha is gesturing at him to come back inside the room but he got another call, it was Vice President Lee so he went outside again... the moment he opens the door and steps out of the room is he saw the next room's door closing but did not see the person doing it.

Ca.s.sIE'S POV

Her uncle Martin invited by his new employer to accompany him for his business trip in j.a.pan as he was familiar in Asia, and that includes Martin's family to this trip.

Because Lydia is a socialite, she insisted to have dinner in this expensive restaurant on Martin's day off in j.a.pan.

While finis.h.i.+ng her food, Ca.s.sie felt she needs to use the washroom. After she told her uncle, she stood up and opens the sliding door of their reserve room in this j.a.panese restaurant.

What surprised her is caught that familiar voice. She listens intently if she hasn't mistaken. Ca.s.sie peep from the door and she saw that familiar back. It was him, isn't it?

The guy speaks in French and so she more believes it was really him.

"What are you standing there? Ca.s.sie, hurry up now and come back quickly. We're leaving soon," Lydia said.

Ca.s.sie gets out and slowly closes the sliding door. She marches the hallway where the washroom located.

When she goes back to where she from before, she again saw that guy and now he is standing in the middle of the hallway. She doesn't understand but her heart beats too fast, and why she is hiding in the first place?

This time, the guy speaks with her language. Ca.s.sie was peeping then she quickly hides again because the guy turns around. She then heard his voice is getting farther. Maybe he goes back to their room. She thought.

She walks hastily and she opens the sliding door forcibly.

"Ca.s.sie? Everything is alright?" Martin asked her.

"Ah, yes, uncle Martin," she said then quickly sits in the floor. Lydia is glaring at her.

In days they have stayed in j.a.pan, Martin met his old friend from Hiryuu Island and Lydia heard something. The next day, she looks for that man to asks a lot of questions, and she learned that Ca.s.sie's family owns a big villa and properties. Hearing this, Lydia been confronting Martin why they endure to live in a small apartment if his sister owns many properties.

She has been nagging Martin and Ca.s.sie often heard them argued but doesn't know about the reasons. Until Martin agreed and he brought Lydia to Hiryuu Island.

Her uncle reminded her not to take off her hat and eyegla.s.ses no matter what. This country is kind of hotter but she follows her uncle not to take off even her jacket as well.

Ca.s.sie wanders her eyes in this huge airport, the Mainland International Airport is one of the biggest airports in the world.

She was about to take the exit door when her eyes caught that familiar back.

It looks like him. It would be possible, right? That the guy would be here because he also speaks her language fluently.

"Ca.s.sie! Hurry up!" her uncle calls her out. She notices that her uncle been somewhat restless and worried about something.

After their trip in Hiryuu island and go back to France, which Lydia been angry at Martin for not choosing to live there because she felt like a Queen in that villa that's why she wanted to stay but Martin never agreed.

They have been moved to another apartment before they went to j.a.pan but Levi would still be visited her secretly with their other friends. Until her uncle, Martin got into an accident and have to cut both of his legs.

Lydia been complaining and fought with her uncle a lot. She then began noticing that Lydia been traveling and that made them left behind and falls to her the responsibility of taking care of his uncle.

But Martin becomes ill and depressed until he died before her 16th birthday. She mourns and has been gloomy.

Then one day, Lydia told her that she will restore her real name and they will move to Hiryuu island.

While Shun drying Ca.s.sie's hair, he received a call from his sister.

"Blaire?" he listens to the other line then he hangs up after he replied "OK".

" Work?" Ca.s.sandra asked while she is looking up at him.

"Yes, another meeting. Would you be okay to stay here for now?" he asked her while he is combing her hair.

"Of course. I don't want to disturb your work. I'll be fine here," she said cutely.

Shun kiss her forehead. "Let's go, let's eat first. Am sure you are hungry now."

Ca.s.sie nodded while her cheeks are flus.h.i.+ng. She just remembered it... Ah... she is blus.h.i.+ng, she could feel her cheeks burning.
