Shun keeps staring at Ca.s.sandra's face while he draws a line on her nose. He wished he could tell her how much he wanted to run towards her and embraces her tightly that very day he showed up at the Villa to introduced himself as the new owner of all the properties her family has.

He just badly controls himself not to hug her when she quietly eating in the kitchen that night... to hide his emotions, he tries to wear a poker face but deep down inside, he was tempted to hold her on his arms.

He has been preparing himself, suppressing the urge to fly to Hiryuu Island to see her. He waited for so long until finally, he decided to show himself after everything he plans has great progress.

Besides, in his first year as the new President is not that easy... by the second year, there are things he has to settle abroad. Just recently he completely stayed on this country. When that happens, he began settling everything to finally see her and lucky enough he met Lydia in a very fortunate event, that makes everything easier for him.

How long since their fate been cheating on them? How long been their fate trying to break them apart? Since day one it seems... but he won't give up. He would do everything to win his fight against his own fate.

Whether the cursed and the entangled lives are real, or not... as long as he could keep Ca.s.sandra by his side, he will gamble everything to know the truth. He wants to know if it truly exists. If he could find an answer, then the better.

He has been thinking if the Young got entangled to the cursed because Landon Young who told his father that his mother is alive and everything was just a lie.

How if Landon did not found his mother? How if Landon did not discover the truth? How if his parents did not uncover the secret lies? What life he has now? What life his parents had now?

Do they stay alive? Could he meet Ca.s.sandra since the very beginning? Do their path would still cross one day? Does he was still getting sick like this? If so? Could he survive and live?

How if, they never cross paths? What's the difference in their lives has been all those years if they haven't crossed path?

However, one thing he knew of... If everything hasn't happened, if he would not meet her since the beginning then, he has no reason to fight to live on... moreover, he was sure, his life is gloomier and he could see no hope to live further back then.

He can't imagine his life without her. As the years had pa.s.sed, he slowly accepted everything... he embraces all the pain and holds on to his happiness. He doesn't care anymore if there are people who should pay for the death of his parents.

That car crashed... if they weren't chased out, could be possibly his parents alive? But what then? Hiding forever? When that happens, could he meet Ca.s.sandra then? Do they were living a different life away from each other?

Could they be one of those lovers that never meet in this life but have to wait for them to be born once more until their fate finally allows them to cross paths?

If ever that happens to them, how long should they wait and how many times they should be born over again until the RIGHT TIME comes?

Shun was in deep thoughts when Ca.s.sandra notice of his silence. She plays on his ear and that makes him back to his senses.

"Is something wrong?" she asked him.

"Nothing," he shook his head then gently grab her hand and planted soft kisses. "Am just thinking how happy I was and how much I love you."

He saw her blus.h.i.+ng then smiles at him. She reaches his lips and gives him a light kiss.

"You promised you won't leave me," she told him.

"Of course, I would never want to be parted from you ever," he hugs her tightly. His tongue almost slips out that 'again' word.

"Do you want some coffee?" Shun asked her afterward. He felt her nodding and groan 'hmm'...

He sat up and step out of the bed when Ca.s.sandra hold his hand. "You need anything else?" He helps Ca.s.sandra to get up.

"Am just thinking, you should change your clothes. I'll go get you one," she said then began walking towards his huge closet.

Shun began stripping his upper body and follows Ca.s.sandra. He put his arms around her waist and kiss her head.

"Mister, what are you doing?" she asked him, she's blus.h.i.+ng also.

"Nothing, just seducing you..." he replied her, then heard her giggles.

"Here is your T-s.h.i.+rt," Ca.s.sandra handed him a black high neck long sleeve she found on his closet.

"How about if I stayed half naked?" Shun joke on her.

"It's cold!" She tried to put on him the t-s.h.i.+rt but he was too tall and he leans back away to avoid his head from her reach.

Shun laughs. He captured her hands then pinned it above her head after he pushes her gently towards the closet before he kisses her.

Somewhere in Italy countryside...

"Good morning, gentlemen..." greeted by a lady on a cart, it was pulled by a horse.

"Good morning, lady." they greeted her back.

"Enjoying the view?" she asked them.

"Ah, yes... I always plan to bring my wife here, however, it was too late when I locate this place," said one of them.

"I see... am deeply saddened to hear that," she told them. "Anyways, I will take my leave now."

"Wait, lady..." the man is hesitant to speak further. "If I am going to tell them about this place, is that considered as a cheating?"

"Coming here without any purpose is cheating already... do you know, that?" she smiled at them. " Goodbye, Nicholas."

"Ah, yes... goodbye, lady." He watches the woman leaving and now entering the woods where a loud thunderstorm never sleeps.

"Chairman Crow..."

"Tell me, Ivan... is she never gets old?" Nicholas asked his butler for 60 years.

"I guess so, Chairman Crow. She seems, still, looks the same when I was a boy," Ivan answered.

"I see... I thought it was just because of my old eyes. I start thinking I should change this eyegla.s.s, it must be that she never gets old, right?"

"I agree, Chairman Crow."

"Alright, let's go, Ivan." Nicholas began walking, away from that forest. Ivan following him and his car behind them.
