My Way To You 292 Kyomi Part 3

Kyomi walked in a daze into her room. She had no idea what to do. He face felt hot but the heat within her heart was ten times more fierce. A few weeks had gone by and Us.h.i.+ wasn't as attentive as he was before. Soon Kyomi found herself lonely and longing for Us.h.i.+'s company. "What do you think about this dress?" Nurray asked as she walked out with another ball gown.

"Big sister Kyomi? Big sister? Kyomi? Hey! h.e.l.lo?!" Nurray said as she waved her hands but Kyomi was too distracted to even notice. Suddenly Kyomi felt someone staring at her. She looked down, Nurray was kneeling on the floor and staring up into Kyomi's face. Nurray was too close and it caught Kyomi off guard. She practically jumped out of her seat. "You know if you miss him you could always confess your love." Nurray chuckled.

Kyomi shook her head no vigoursly. "Fine be stubborn! Lie to yourself all you want but I can see the truth! If big brother Us.h.i.+ is stolen by someone else you better not come crying to me because I have already warned you." Nurray said bitterly as she shot up from the floor. "So many girls chase after him regularly and we are starting there after the break. If it was me I don't think I could be strong enough to see another clinging off of the guy I like. Oops I mean appreciate, them kissing, hugging, whispering sweet nothings. I would be completely heart broken but that's me not you. You don't want him." Nurray said coldly. Suddenly a soft whisper was heard. Nurray turned around and her eyes grew wide.

"O.....sniff.... O." Kyomi cried softly. Nurray had to strain her ears just to make sure she wasn't imaginating the sounds. "Kyomi?" Nurray called out gently. Kyomi looked up, she looked torn. "N-n-n-n-n-n-n." Kyomi said breathlessly. "HELP! SOMEONE HELP! I NEED A DOCTOR!" Nurray screamed as she rushed up to Kyomi. "N-n-n-n-n-n-n." Kyomi kept repeating as her face turned beat red. Tears spilled endlessly from both girls. "Don't give up! You can do it just say what you want!" Nurray cried.

"N-n-n-n-n-n-o." Kyomi cried out just an store clerk rushed into the changing area. "Are you alright?" The lady asked. Nurray wrapped her arms around Kyomi and hugged her tightly. "No! Please we meed a doctor!" Nurray cried with desperation. The clerk freaked out and ran out. "Kyomi! You said a word don't give up! The doctor is coming so keep going! Say what you want! Fight to have Us.h.i.+ by your side!" Nurray shouted as her embrace tightened.

After the doctor arrived Nurray couldn't stop her hands from trembling. She grabbed her cell phone and started to dial. With tears blurring her vision she happily told everyone that Kyomi spoke. She was going to be alright.

A few more weeks had gone by and Kyomi spent most of her free time with vocal trainers. She was so proud of herself. She went from mute to preschooler. She was still very limited in what she could say but she was talking again. The Kims were over the moon. They decided to use Nurray's debutante as a celebratory party for her too.  They bought Kyomi a fancy dress, matching shoes, accessories and sent both girls to the spa to beautify themselves.

The night of Nurray debutatnte was magical. Kyomi watched from the table as Mr. Kim escorted Nurray into the ball room and towy the center of the floor. Us.h.i.+ and Si Chen were waiting for their four person dance to start. Kyomi's heart swelled and she hugged Mrs. Kim, they watched as the three men danced with Nurray. "She's grown up so much." Mrs. Kim said as she sniffed delicately.

"Grown too fast." Kyomi said as she embraced Mrs. Kim a little tighter. After their dance finished Mr. Kim made his speech and the celebration begun. "Kyomi?" a familiar voice called out. Mrs. Kim looked up and smiled. "Go on sweety. Find your happiness, your dad would want you too." Mrs. Kim whispered into Kyomi's ear. Kyomi turned red and looked at Us.h.i.+.

Us.h.i.+ held out his hand, a small blush kissed his cheeks while his eyes urged Kyomi to take his hand. Kyomi grabbed Us.h.i.+'s hand. He escorted her to the dance floor and held her close. "I'm sorry." He started. Kyomi looked up at Us.h.i.+. "Why?" Kyomi asked and Us.h.i.+ looked absoultuley ashamed.

"I wanted you to talk again. I didn't like how sad you were, it killed me and I wanted to see you smile again.... Y-y-youou know, really smile. I asked my family to leave you to me, that no matter what happened I was going to be the one who helped you. So don't blame my family for ignoring you." Us.h.i.+ said with a heavy sigh.

"Ahhhh! I look like a total loser right now! I honestly thought my feelings were going to be enough to get you to talk but that day I confessed, my deadline, I was hoping that you would have been so moved.... that you would have said something. Haha, I was so wrong. Who would have guessed Nurray was able to get you to say something. I'm so pathetic. I'm so sorry and I understand if you don't forgive me but my feelings for you are real.... I just want you to know." Us.h.i.+ said pitifully.

Kyomi bit her bottom lip then looked up at Us.h.i.+ from under her eyelashes. "I love you." She said before planting a small peck on Us.h.i.+'s cheek. Us.h.i.+ froze and forgot his steps. He suddenly stumbled backwards, pulling Kyomi along with him. Us.h.i.+ landed with a hard thud while Kyomi was held protectively in his arms. Us.h.i.+ started to laugh hysterically, he hugged Kyomi tightly as he laughed. Evryone stopped dancing and just stared at the two.

"Big brother Us.h.i.+ you better have a good reason for the disruption!" Nurray shouted furiously. Us.h.i.+ looked towards Nurray, refusing to let Kyomi go. "It's mutual! It's mutual! Kyomi is my girlfriend!" Us.h.i.+ shouted happily. "Moron! Of course it's mutual! Big sister Kyomi you better beat some sense into my brother, as his girlfriend you have the right to teach him any way you see fit." Nurray said with a huge smile.
