As their eyes met, a strong emotion crashed each other's mind. Her long eyelashes, soft cheeks, and cherry tint lips drew him closer for a kiss. Her finger slipped between their lips as she giggled, "Nuh uhhh, you don't get any because you didn't answerr me correctly...."
She dragged him to the couch and pushed him down, breathing hot breaths against his ears, "No answer, no kisses. No proposal, no wife. No wife, no bed! Sleep in the tubb!" She hiccuped and rested her head on his shoulders.
Thinking that she fell asleep, he whispered, "Nana?"
She separated from his body and squished his cheeks together with her warm palms, making a fish face, "ahahahahaha, you look so cuteeeee ahhhhh our babies will look adorable!!! Do you know how cute you are??"
"Nu Nana...." he tried squeezing words out of the tiny gap from his mouth. "Mmmmm? Darling, do you know how much I love you?" She hiccuped and laid his flat palm against her racing heart. Then, she leads his palm to her face and showed him her sweetest smile.
"I've always alwaysssss imagined who I will be with in the future since young... but when I could finally see my prince's face....the prince didn't propose to me! We skipped straightttt to engagement. How would I knoww how much you love me if you never say it enough times huuuuh? Are you dumbo!!!! Even dumbos are smarter!!!"
He opened his mouth, but was shushed by her palms. The moonlight shone into her deep eyes as she continued, "I only wanted a simple question... is it that hard to ask? Even if it's the plainest, lamest idea... I'll still say yes...I separate from you for a few hours and my heart yearns to be with you for twenty seven hours a day! Yet you? You tell me no roses or lilies!!!!"

"Nana, how much did you exactly drink?" He mumbled through her palms. She squinted at him, "Just thissssssss tiny bit." Her arms spread as she giggled.
"Nana... that's not just a tiny bit....and where did all these bruises come from?" He frowned unhappily when he caught sight of the small bruises on her knees and arms. She leaned close against his body, but arms reached for their curtain. She pulled the curtain to cover her head like she did in Ya Nuo's place.
He tried to get the curtain off her head, but she refused to let go. At the end, she won the tug of war game. She sat on him with the transparent lacy curtain above her head. Wearing the most innocent child-like smile, she asked him, "Now, can I be your bride?"
She was wearing a white off shoulder dress today, which looked perfectly well with the curtain above her head. He chuckled at this childish side of her and covered her face with the curtain. She pursed her lips, but tears formed in her eyes when he lifted the curtain from her face the following second. He whispered, "Even if I had a million dreams and many more, none of these whether individually or combined is equivalent to how much I love you. That's how much you mean to me. My entire world. My one and only princess."
He wiped the teardrop off her face and kissed her gently, "There's my answer."
"You stupid! Stupid! Stupid Zhen Qi! You only know how to make me feel throb! But every time you say something sweet my heart would soften like this! Hmph!" She playfully punched his chest avoiding his affectionate eyes as if she knew that she would be captured by him.
He caught her wrists and pulled her to his chest, "Alright, alright. It's all my fault. I am wrong. I shouldn't give you a half-a.s.sed answer. I'm the dumber than dummy dumbo. I am everything you say I am. Would you forgive me?"
His pleasing tone rung her ears and alerted her animal instinct. Though drunk, her body was the most honest. She hiccuped and cupped his face again, "You're cuteeeeee, so forgiven... I'm going to lock you up in my room and tie you to my bed!"
"If that's... what you want..." he didn't know what else to say to soothe this drunk girl in his arms. "Carry me!" she spread her arms wide and prepared her legs for some waist crossing. Chuckling, he lifted his precious girl up and walked to her bedroom.
Feeling the softness of her bed, she let out a low moan, "It's sooo fluffffyyy... comfyyyy...Ahhhh heheeheh"
"Hmmm? What's so funny?" he laid beside the giggling girl and watched her actions closely.
"This is where we first did itttttt...." her small laughs were sweet and teasing that he almost lost it.
"Mmm... we sure did lose our V-cards to each other. You looked so beautiful.." he smiled showing his teeth.
"So.. you mean I'm not beautiful now? or before that time?! Hmm?!!!" She picked out his words like how she usually does when she is sober.
Pulling her into his tight embrace, he whispered, "You've been the most beautiful girl I've ever seen since the first day we've met. My eyes never let you." His fingers combed her smooth hair, making her surrender to the sleepy devil.
While falling asleep in his warm arms, she mumbled, "I love you...so..much..." He whispered back, "I love you too."
While she slept, he took out a jewelry box from his pant pockets with a smile, "Even if the whole world forgets, I'll never forget about proposing to you. It's just that the time's not right yet. Just a few more days...I promise."
He wiped her body with a wet cloth, applied ointment to her bruises, and changed her into a clean set of pajamas before heading to bed beside her. That night, he made sure to hug her to sleep.
