The couple quickly changed their clothes and opened the door to let Seo Joon in .

"What's up?" Samantha gestured for her brother to come inside .  

"Well… gramps's downstairs . " Seo Joon walked over to the crib and picked up his nephew . He was so much fond of little Ashton that he constantly plays with him .

"Oh, he's here now?" Samantha smiled at the same time that Daniel's expression turned perplexed and said: "What?! But my grandfather's coming over today?"

Seo Joon chuckled upon hearing Daniel before he turned to Samantha, "Yeah… that's the other thing that I wanted to say, Grandfather Cho is also in the living room . "

Samantha's eyes widened in surprise . She turned to Daniel and questioned, "What's your grandfather doing here today? I thought he was coming tomorrow?"

Daniel shook his head in denial, "No… I told you he was coming today, so I thought your grandfather was arriving tomorrow . "

Coming down the stairs, the three of them saw the two old men sitting opposite each other on the sofa . They were looking at different sides of the house without talking to each other . Grandfather Cho held a cane and played with it while Grandfather Kim was randomly looking at the walls of the house .

Seo Joon couldn't help but giggle looking at the two cute grandpas . "Aw!" he exclaimed when Samantha slapped his head lightly and gave him a glare . "Hey– I'm older than you . Give me some face . "

"Then stop being a child," Samantha said through gritted teeth .

Daniel could only shake his head seeing the siblings act like this . He walked past them carrying little Ash in his arms and headed towards the men in the living room . "It's nice of you both to come and visit Ash," he said without a hint of hesitation .

Hearing Daniel's greeting, the two grandfathers looked up and saw him approach them . They both stood up at the same time and smiled as they stared at the little potato in Daniel's arms .

"Oh– he looks just like you when you were a baby, Dan," Grandpa Cho commented and a genuine smile formed on his face .

"Yeah, mom and dad said so as well," Daniel replied .

"h.e.l.lo, gramps . I'm glad you could make it!" Samantha skipped towards Grandpa Kim and gave him a huge hug .  

"Mmmm, your little boy looks very cute just like you," Grandfather Kim said, watching Ashton cling to Daniel as though he didn't want to part with his father .

Daniel greeted Samantha's grandfather while she did the same to Daniel's . Grandfather Cho didn't show much affection just like he usually does as he only nodded and gave a brief smile to Samantha while Grandfather Kim gave Daniel a pat on the shoulder .

So far, their first phase has been quite okay as the two old men just tried to ignore each other and only spoke to Samantha and Daniel .

"Is he okay? Why is he clinging to Daniel like that?" Grandpa Kim asked when he noticed that little Ash's arms were constantly circled around Daniel's neck .

"Ah– I think he's just shy… It's the first time he's meeting two new people after all . He'll be okay once he gets used to you," Samantha replied .

Hearing that, Grandfather Cho wanted to try and be close with his great-grandchild so he walked up and poked the little one playfully . "h.e.l.lo…" he greeted .

However, Ashton only glanced at Grandfather Cho very briefly before he turned his head to the other side and embraced his father tighter . Seeing the little bun's reaction made Grandpa Cho feel embarra.s.sed he had to clear his throat and cough lightly .  

"Heh–" Seo Joon wanted to stifle a laugh but Samantha's glare was faster that it made him swallow his laughter instead and maintained a poker face .

Uh-oh, seems like this will be a long day for all of them .
