The evening breeze blew gently bringing in the scent of jasmine that had opened up as the sun went down. "Fine", Xing giggled wondering what made him act silly suddenly. He's been holding her like a baby monkey all the way.

"I'm glad, my love", he said as he looked up after sometime.

"Okay, I'm glad that you are glad", she said, "But guess what happened today?", she bent and kissed his forehead.

"Hmm... I heard you fainted. You didn't listen to me, did you? You starved yourself for your father didn't you?", he sat straight looking at her accusingly.

"Why aren't you being like this when it comes to you, Xing? Why can't you..."

"I'm cured", she interrupted Chenglei who had started his lecture.

Xing cupped her hands on his cheeks as he just stared at her frozen. He even forgot to blink his eyes.

"My love, did you hear me? I can carry your children now. I'm whole now", she wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him close and before she knew it, tears feel from her eyes.

Chenglei couldn't believe what he was hearing but she is telling him the truth. She wouldn't joke about this issue. And she got poisoned because he didn't protect her properly and she went through h.e.l.l knowing about it.
