In reality, Clarissa was no longer really after a truce. The moment she learned that he, the teleporter kid, already knew about this plan, she already threw it in the back of her mind.

But after hearing this, Sofony Mendez smiled. She also extended her hands.

Seeing this, Clarissa's face lit up in antic.i.p.ation.

'As expected, the problem with her is that she still prefers non-aggression over a fight,' Clarissa mirthfully thought.

However, when their hands came into contact, even though Clarissa put strength on her arms, she didn't manage to pull Sofony to her intended direction. She failed to throw the other host to her people because she felt her tugging at her too!

That was when Clarissa realized that both her and Sofony were planning the same. Both of them knew there wouldn't be a cease-fire. Clarissa had no more time to wonder whether her condescending tone earlier gave it away because Sofony seemed to have done something about her strength stat in order to pull and throw her outside the room. Clarissa was caught off-guard by the shoulder throw. She did not expect a girl who seemingly focused on seduction and hypnosis skill to be this strong physically.

When Clarissa was thrown out to the corridor, Sofony hurriedly followed while saying, "Sorry, Miss Guzman. The moment you did that last Monday to Wendy, our road to reconciliation has long vanished!"

"You dare!" Clarissa angrily got back to her feet and rolled to the side to evade the shot coming to her direction.

Yes, after throwing Clarissa out of the room, Sofony immediately followed outside, her hands on the gun that appeared out of nowhere.

Sofony's hands which held the gun trembled from the recoil, but she didn't stop and pulled the trigger again. Of course, her marksmans.h.i.+p was still quite terrible so it missed Clarissa again.

While repeatedly pulling the trigger, she continuously stepped back to distance herself from the now angrily charging Violent G.o.ddess.

Sofony tried her best to focus on the opponent while firing at her. Unfortunately, all her bullets missed. Clarissa also rendered her afraid since she could even dodge them at close distance. In fact, she could still feel her scalp numbing after witnessing her opponent sliced the bullets in half using a long knife!

She thought, this simply should not continue!

So with her heart that was growing cold every pa.s.sing second, she shouted, "Gio, close the door!"

The man called widened his eyes in surprise, wondering if the girl said it in order to stop potential interrupter. Or because she knew he could deal with the gunmen who were trying to rush outside. Anyway, he immediately recovered and leisurely did as requested. As a consequence, he got trapped inside the room. Also, because he stopped them from coming to their Lady Boss' aid, the enemy's men started staring at him with murderous intent.

However, the man merely eyed them, seemingly not bothered by the number of barrels pointed at him.

Outside, Sofony immediately took out an item from the shop after seeing the door securely closed. Though she was extremely about Gio who was left inside there, she was more not inclined to let him see what she was about to do. Also, she who had already read most of his records believed that he would be fine. She prayed for him to be fine!

Sofony's brain only recognized the last part. Her free hand grabbed the grenade-like item that appeared in thin air. Then after she threw it to Clarissa, she asked the system to immediately activate it.

"You stupid woman!" Clarissa tried to escape from it but it was already too late because she had already inhaled the poison. "Uggghh!"

As Sofony watched Clarissa backed away probably to consume some antidote, she started shooting at her again. Sofony bit her lips when she finally saw one of her shots wounding the Violent G.o.ddess on the knee, dying the white skin and the lower part of her knee-length skirt red.

However, because the voice in her head said it was not enough, she fired another round again. Unfortunately this time, all her shots missed. The worse thing was that Clarissa only moaned in pain once and that's it. The wound visibly healed at a rate naked to the eyes.

Sofony really hated that her aim was so disastrous.

'System, can't you nullify the antidote? Or render it useless?'

Sofony took a deep breath and said, 'Do it!'

By this time, Clarissa had already recovered and was staring angrily at Sofony. She was also feeling so humiliated as a host weaker than her managed to hurt her.

"I'm giving you a chance to be in my good books but you didn't grab it! Sofony Mendez, I'm declaring total war against you!"

"Hah! I don't dare grab that opportunity, Miss Violent G.o.ddess! I'm not that stupid to believe you! You want to kill me! It's obvious because from the beginning to the end, your att.i.tude when you suggested the truce never has any sincerity in it! You also obviously tried to throw me to your men so that they can shoot me to death! Now, you blame me for retaliating? Don't forget it's you who started it all!" she icily stated after another shot.

Sofony saw Clarissa pulling up a gun too. Also, when the other fired at her, she has better marksmans.h.i.+p. The bullet nearly buried itself on her flesh. Only luck and reaction speed slightly higher than most normal people saved her from it. However, her heart became colder when she saw the metal door of the nearby room slowly being melted away until a hole as big as a man's fist was there.

Shocked, Sofony stared dumbfoundedly at Clarissa.

'I-if that hits me...' While imagining the pain and injury she'd get once it bore into her flesh, she couldn't stop herself trembling from fear.

The self-hypnotized her was still not so resistant to fear as to not get afraid of something that could kill her gruesomely.

But fortunately, as she had a goal established, the self-hypnosis toughened her mind to a certain degree. Also, her survival instinct acted up.

She instinctively brought out another item from the system's inventory and applied it on herself. 'System, deduct all the points you want! Just take out all my bullets and rain it upon her without stop!'

'I'M BEGGING YOU, JUST DO IT!'

Sofony had already vanished from sight. Her sudden disappearance made Clarissa dumbfounded. Since the target could no longer be seen, she stopped pulling the trigger. Her mind started to wonder whether Sofony also teleported.

'She must have bought a one-time teleporting item from the shop! She's really a b*tch! To think she readily left her man behind!'

Clarissa continued looking around for several seconds. She tried to ask the system about Sofony's whereabouts. But as usual, due to the other AI system's masking, she gained no useful from the system. She could only angrily lower her gun and free a hand to punch the wall.

'My plan to farm hundreds of thousands of points failed! d.a.m.n it!'

'Ugh, my system, just why can't you tell me where she goes? Why are you so useless this past few days?'

'Just where the heck did she really go?'

'Wait, she's a newbie and the sentimental kind. Does she really have the heart to leave Gio Albarez behind?'

Suspicions began to sprout in her mind. However, her thoughts got interrupted when bullets just suddenly started raining from above!

When Clarissa finally realized that Sofony must have commanded her AI to do this, she cursed. "d.a.m.n b*tch!!!" Then after the first two landed on her elbow and right thigh respectively, she hatefully spent her remaining points on another ten thousand points barrier.

By this time, Clarissa regretted spending almost all her points on that item which did not even help her injure that hateful kid. She was also taught a hard lesson once again! Her complacency did it all to her. Because she kept holding on to the fact that Sofony was only a new host, a naive one at that, she greatly underestimated her. She did not ever consider what would happen once Sofony decided to go all out against her to the point that she'd hypnotize herself just to gain the resolve to kill her!

Hate clouded Clarissa's reasoning. Her black heart blackened more at the thought of how two hosts seemingly ganged up on her today to make her so miserable. Though there was really no ganging up that happened, she still couldn't accept how two hosts beat her up one after another.

"d.a.m.n you, Sofony b*tch! I'll make you pay for this!!!' she angrily shouted.

Under the barrier a.s.saulted by the neverending downpour of bullets, Clarissa made up her mind to take revenge against the girl first. She closed her eyes and cut off her connection to all of her first ability's seed, except one. She concentrated all her mind power to it and commanded it something that would surely make Sofony Mendez hate herself for life!

When she opened her eyes again, a hint of red could be seen on the rims. She looked completely crazy when she maliciously declared, "You lowly wh.o.r.e! You think you already one-upped me, huh? After this, let me see if you can still laugh! You better thank me later for helping you eliminate one of your useless baggage! Sofony B*tch!!!"
