Steve was startled by Vivan's words. No proud man would accept in front of someone that he was cowed by his wife that too with a smile on his face.

Steve was startled and could not reply for a moment before muttering a weak "h.e.l.lo." Ira was trying to hide the fact that they knew each other.

Ira looked beautiful in a simple sky blue dress. Her face was still the same just that she got a bit chubbier due to pregnancy.

He once dreamed of an Ira like this, merely the man beside her was him in his imaginations carrying his child.
