Soon a knock on the door was heard. The door was opened by the a.s.sistant.

Ak entered and behind him followed another middle-aged man in a black suit. He came forward to them and said: "h.e.l.lo I am Lin Weiman." The voice was confident and c.o.c.ky.

"My lawyer." Ak curled his lips. He walked to a chair and sat carelessly with his legs crossed.

Lin Weiman was a famous lawyer who was known to have never lost a case ever.

"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself." Steve looked at Lin Weiman and said: "I am Steve Owen."

"Steve Owen!" Lin Weiman muttered. A trace of shock flashed in his eyes. He was left speechless.

"What happened Mr. Weiman?" Vivan asked noticing the obvious change in his demeanor on hearing the name. He smiled at these people's hypocrisy.

When Ak Jain saw his lawyer losing his composure, he snorted and with no expression on his face with said: "Sit."

Lei Weiman retracted his eyes that were on Steve's face and sat down beside Ak Jain. He was in the forties while Steve was just a newbie.

'I am more experienced than him.' With this thought, he soon regained his previous professional conceited look and said: "Let's talk about the situation."

Steve placed the evidence he collected directly in front of Ak Jain and Lei Weiman. Fifteen minutes later after a.n.a.lyzing everything, they looked up.

Ak smiled and said: "I want to apologize to Ms.Lu. I shouldn't have made an enemy of you. Anyway, we will follow your demands."

His smile was complicated neither flattering nor embarra.s.sing.
