The World We Live In 6 Chapter 6: The Flash Pas

All three of us head to the library to find any book that would help us find Jake. we searched the entire academy, the stadium and also the bathrooms, we looked at every dorm room in the academy and even looked for him at the borders, but still found no trace of magic from him.

we then looked at the library and looked and looked for hours until we were dead and tired.

"hey check this out," said Lux.

"what is it?" I asked.

" read it, it talks about a demon called VALKOS, he's a type of demon that not only track people but answer us every question we have in our mind," said Lux.

I did want to do the spell to save Jake, but couldn't. I was scared to know the painful truth of my real parents and why they left me, but I knew I couldn't stop all this just for being scared.

"let's do it then", said John.

he stands up and starts drawing the circle with the star in the middle, we then stand in a circle and I hand the book to Lux so he can do the spell. he looks at me and says that I should be the one to do the spell, I looked at him and nodded and said okay.

" O DEMON, THE SEEKER OF POWER, THE KNOWER OF TRUTH, WE OPEN THE GATES FOR YOU TO ANSWER US, COME TO US AND SHOW US WHAT WE MOSTLY WANT" the ground starts shaking and the circle started burning, we could also hear the wind outside the library.

" you called on me, and now I'm here to answer your most desired questions", he then looks at all three of us, but when he gets to John, he stares at him the longest, almost felt like they knew each other.

" VALKOS, I called you today for you to help me find a friend and also find answers to my question, first things first, do you know where Jake is?" I asked.

" Jake milestone, yeah I know where he is"

"where?" asked Lux.

" he's in the forbidden"

" wheres, that?" I asked.

" that's impossible, how can he go there?" said John. looking at John made me feel like he knew this place very well.

"wheres this forbidden place?" I asked.

"it's located at the underworld, the most dangerous place for you to be in, if I were you I would just forget about this friend of yours and just live my life"

I put my hand up "HARTO" I start burning his heart and he gets on the ground in pain.

"is there a way we can go there and still be able to come back?" Lux asked

"YES, ugh stop burning me," he said in pain. I stopped and then asked both Lux and John to go and get everything we need for going down there.

"Whos going to cast him away?" Lux asked.

"I will just need to ask one more question," I said.

I then waited for both of them to leave so I was able to ask him my question. he then suddenly say

"before you ask anything, I won't be able to answer that question for you, it's something you should never know about, it's for the best, for the best of everyone you love in this planet. don't go and look for answers".

I looked at him, confused about why he would tell me that, and how he knew what I was about to ask him. he then talked to me in my mind telling me that the world is too big and has a lot of secrets, he even told me it is for the best that I just forget about what Emily said to me.

" Now its time for me to go, take care of your self".

he then vanishes into thin air, while I stand there in pain for not knowing the truth, Lux then calls at me so I can come with them. I get out of the library and get in the car.

"does anyone know where this forbidden place is ?" I asked.

"yeah I know," said Lux.
